Me too. Now that Dan Synder is gone, I can pull for the Deadskins again. Many Eagles fans are obnoxious.I'm pulling for the Redskins and the Bills and want the Redskins to beat the Bills, it will be a great story with a new owner, new coach, new QB plus MOST of all, Al will be up in heaven smiling.........................
So with that said, it will be Iggles/Chefs and the Chefs will win, guaranteed.
The Bills totally got outcoached; why run that sneak over and over to the left side when the Chiefs are prepared for it, just dumb. You have to give the Chiefs credit. They don't look like a dominant, dynasty team but they just keep on winning. Smart coaching and clutch plays. This was something like 17 one score game wins in a row. An NFL record. They win close games. Reid gets a ton of credit for that. You don't see him running a trick play on 3rd and 4. They run a quick slant that they complete about 90% of the time for a first down. He sticks to what works and doesn't get too clever. Mahomes is a winner. Some guys are winners, and some are not even with comparable talent. Allen looked completely dejected. A guy accepting that he will be Dan Marino instead of Tom Brady. Brady, by the way, I actually like as a commentator. His insights are great.
I think the Bills coach is seemingly always over his head in these bigger games. He doesn't know how to win them. It was a great game and lived up to its billing. That said, the playcalling in the end was for lack of a better term arrogant. Hand the ball off to Cook, he is a great runner. The Bills totally got outcoached; why run that sneak over and over to the left side when the Chiefs are prepared for it, just dumb.
And that's a fair comparison; Allen is Marino.
Cook had a monster game. I'm not sure why they want Allen running all over the field and then launching a 60-yard pass into triple coverage. On that critical drive toward the end, the Bills started with Cook on the bench and gave the ball to some backup who was pounded behind the line for a loss. Inexplicable. When KC had the ball, they went with high percentage short passes and slants, moved the chains and that was that. Even though this was a good game, I was surprised at how little I cared about it. Not just a lack of skin in the game regarding the teams, but complete disinterest. I'm having football burnout.I think the Bills coach is seemingly always over his head in these bigger games.
