I have to hand it to him, money buys good lawyers; either that or those hayseeds in Florida bungled the case.
That’s the whole point of having money: you can afford the best lawyers. However, in this case Kraft won because the video evidence was improperly obtained and the police didn’t sufficiently minimize the scope of their surveillance when applying for a warrant to film there. As such, the filming violated his Fourth Amendment rights and those of other defendants.
