So glad the Lakers didn't sign Kyrie after watching the game today. The Lakers have brought in the right mix of guys. They didn't need his baggage. Mark Cuban had that uh-oh expression on his face.

Kyrie is good in the short term but toxic after that. LA will be fortunate to make the play in game, let alone the playoffs.

Bron Bron hurt his footsie, he's out "a few" weeks; not good when you're 73 years old.

Gee, what a shame.

It's unreal how many games that AD and LeBron have missed over the last couple of seasons. You can probably count on your hand how many times that they were both in the starting lineup and healthy. They were looking good with the new lineup.

Although not a Nets fan, the same thing happened with Kyrie and Durant. When they played together they were a dynamite team but for the most part Durant was hurt. When he wasn’t Kyrie wasn’t available for one reason or another.

LeBron is a work out warrior, he does the maximum he can to stay in tip top shape, he's shredded and chiseled, Davis is a lump of clay slug who is always hurt, I can just imagine what his diet and work out routine consists of, two polar opposites as to how they've approached their careers.

Thank Christ Ainge did not sell the future of the Celtics to acquire that stiff when he shot his way out of town before forcing a trade to the Lakers.

I have no idea what his work ethic is like but AD's body is made of tissue paper. The Lakers did win one championship with him. So that's in the bank. AD is also one big dude. He looks big standing next to NBA players. Danny Ainge? I didn't even know that whiner was still alive. I only remember him from biting that Hawks player in a game and then lying about it a hundred years ago.

Yeah, that NBA Championship * played in the bubble in front of a bunch of cardboard cutouts, what memories.

Danny Ainge, the "whiner" that put together the second version of the big three that steamrolled their way to a title in 2008, all done without a bubble.

Got back to the finals two years later but lost in 7 games to the Lakers after Perkins blew out his knee in game 6, then that escaped mental patient metta free/I'm free/world B Free/El Debarge/BelBivDivoe or whatever his name was had the game of his life, the same fruitloop that went into the crowd in Detroit and started punching fans lights out.......................

They all count. Danny "the biter" Ainge was an embarrassment. A cheap shot artist and punk.

Danny Ainge/Tree Rollins Fight (April 24, 1983) - YouTube

From the video looks like Tree Rollins threw his elbow at Ainge first. That’s what the announcer says.

That justifies trying to bite his finger off? Think of the mental state of an individual who would bite another person over a game. Ancient history but the Hawks were another classic Atlanta choke team.

Anthony Davis is constantly injured.

Kevin Durant has missed even more games than Davis.

I am not sure why this is never mentioned on ESPN etc.

Charles Barkley's nickname for AD is "Street Clothes" because he is so often not playing. I think LeBron has missed over 20 games and counting this season.

Thankfully the Warriors (Steve Kerr) will not win another championship this year.

As much as I love my home teams I simply can’t cheer for a team led by a hypocrite.

Right now they’re the 6th seed; the key is getting in. However, their away record is dismal. It’s obvious that Mike Brown has made a difference, both to the Kings and the Warriors. I like Kerr but I doubt that even he can pull this off.

Mike Brown is one of the most under-rated coaches in the NBA.

Every time I read about “load management” I can’t help but think of Paul Pierce.

In September 2000 Pierce was stabbed 11 times. The Celtics played their first game of that season on November 1, 2000. Pierce played in that game.

And all 82 games after that.

The Kings have absolutely no shot at winning the championship but it is great to see them clinch a playoff spot.

According to ESPN, Zion Williamson of the so-called Pelicans has missed an astounding 64% of the games played during his career. He makes AD look like the NBA's iron man.

The Lakers managed to win game one in Memphis. The Grizzlies had the best home record in the NBA. I don't think there is any chance the Lakers win it all but they cobbled together a decent team.

Morgan Barron of the Winnipeg Jets got 75+ stitches in the 1st period of his team’s playoff opener after getting sliced by a skate. The commentators said he was “leaking” blood following the incident.

He came back in the 2nd period and played the rest of the game.

Kawhi Leonard did not play last night because of a knee “strain”, Giannis Antetokounmpo is not playing because of a back “contusion” and Ja Morant is out because of a “soft tissue” bruise.

Load management that.
