NBA/NHL playoffs (3 Viewers)

I can't believe Las Vegas opened the line with the Lakers as a 7 point favorite in Game 1...

that is soooooooooo inflated in my opinion...

no bench...Bynum hobbled...Celts are too good to give 7...they know how to play on the road...too physical...

too big of a number...I could see 3 1/2 maybe 4...but 7 is too much...

Boston fans should jump on this one...

Kobe needs 73 for the Lakers to cover...

I noticed today that the line moved down to 5 1/2 from it's original 7...

still a big spread to cover by the Lakers...

Congratulations to you Blackhawk fans on winning the Cup. Been a long time. Chicago was the first NHL team I ever payed attention to (way back in the late 60's) so I am glad to see they won. They are young so maybe they can stay in the mix for a while. Go 'Hawks! -- Al

The "X" factor...18 points off the bench...all the loose balls...all the energy...

Ugh. I missed games 2-5 and now the Lakers are down 3-2. Shades of '69. The Lakers should win game 6 at home, but I have doubts they put together back to back efforts. Game 5 looked a great deal like '08. Kobe forcing jump shots, Celts shooting lights out, Gasol looking like a zebra surrounded by lions. Payback is hell though. If they Lakers pull this out it will take some sting away from 1969.

I had to turn off the tv the other night...

no desire...they don't deserve it...
IMHO, neither one of these teams can hold a candle to the Lakers or Celtics of yesteryear but it is the best the NBA has got. Which ever team wins, at least the name will have history behind it. -- Al
