New Conte Zulus (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if they will be closer to 54mm? Really like these but will be very unintrested if they turn out to be Sons of the South behemoths.

APACHELJOL I'm sure the attached will make you very intrested....The Lt.

The new Conte metal as just posted by Joachim

The original plastics by Conte I painted in gloss. You don't have to worry about them turning out to be similar to The Sons of The South

Thanks much Lt. They do appear nicely matched with Frontline and slightly smaller than the WB Zulus but not so bad together from what I can tell. Seems like Conte is not the creeper here. I wish the EoI Ancients and C Spartan lines matched as well as that.

New Hampshire, NE. BTW, all these great Zulu pictures inspired me to watch the movie again last night. Good stuff.

Did not know that the Frontline would go so well together. These new shots of Conte figures are very tempting. Hope they get produced.

I am really hoping these will be available at OTSN in September. We'll have to wait and see. Otherwise I've found it a bit difficult to obtain Conte products in the past, except on Ebay now and then.

Thee look really good. I wonder if we will ever see them? Sculpting is not cheap. He is going to have to produce something soon.

i have been looking at other makes of metal figures to mix with my conte zulu war i like the tradition of londan zulu war figures they have some really good 24th foot in shirt sleeves and nice zulus does anyone know the size is comatible

Tradition 24th Foot guys are very nicely done. They are a little bit smaller than these, but very nice figures nonetheless.

Robert Ortiz sculpted them all I believe. There are some reissues in there right? The casualty figures and some of the brits have been brought out before.

Lt, are they the exact same sculpts or updated ones?

Joachim the standing figure in set 16 has been modified vs the original the figure lying dead is same as the plastic version. For set 17 both figures are slightly modified based on the original plastics. For set 18 the Brith is identical to the plastic figure and the same is with both figures in set 20. . Also the figures in set 17 appear to be the same as the metal figures in set 2 of Keith Rocco's Rorke's Drift by Conte with minor changes and a difference it the way the are painted....The Lt.

You left a set behind Joachim as a Brit meets his end....The Lt.
