New JJD WW1 Aircraft (2 Viewers)

I got hooked on the K&C WWII planes, and now I don't know that I can say no to picking up a couple of these WWI beauties - just excellent!

I like the WW1 planes also. But just deciding which one to buy....
These JJD aircraft are fantastic. When in doubt, you can't go wrong with the Red Baron's iconic red triplane. Nothing says WW1 aviation like a red tripe. Just ask Snoopy.:D -- Al

Think I agree about starting with Richthofen's aircraft its the iconic WW1 but, the others available are excellent

The Camel is an excellent choice as it was the Allies highest scoring fighter aircraft and how could Snoopy's favorite mount be anything but right?:D The JJD Camel is a beautiful model. -- Al

I just ordered the Camel. Now, I hope it doesn't look like a doghouse when it arrives.:) Or that I am not in the doghouse. My wife came asking me about a camel 5 minutes after I ordered it.

Nice get. You will be pleased. It is a beaut and very accurate, too. -- Al

I find myself wondering when the Bishop Nieuport and Lothar von Richthofen's triplane will show up. I can hardly wait.:D -- Al

Bishop's Nieuport should be a winner, especially for our Canadian collectors. Canada lays claim to 4 of the top 7 British Empire aces of WW1. They are the leading ace LtCol. William Bishop with 72 victories; #2 ace Lt.Col. Raymond Collishaw with 62 victories; #6 ace Maj. Donald MacLaren with 54 victories and Maj. William Barker with 50 victories. There were also another 17 Canadian aces with 20 or more victories. Heroes to be proud of! -- Al

I received my Sopwith Camel today, and I am thrilled with it. Honestly, I like it about as much as any plane I have bought. It is lightweight but nicely painted and detailed. I really look forward to seeing future offerings in this line.
