New Winter Tiger (2 Viewers)

Again thanks all for a fabulous and very informative thread, you all are quite impressive in your knowledge base. Now I know who to go to when we need some help with authenticity or ideas.:)

Anyhow I regret to inform you folks that first run Tigers are now completely sold out (we expect them in three weeks ). We have a second run under way to fill back orders, and that is already about 40% reserved. The demand certainly exceeded all expectations. We'll try to grow those initial numbers from now on as we see that 300 is just too low to begin with.

Happy Collecting!

Brian

I am confused, how many of each tiger variant are being produced?

Thanks
Tom

Per Brian's website...

"All Tiger hatches open and close and are dual pivot hinged just like the originals! As an added custom bonus you get to choose old or new style roadwheels with the Arnhem or Winter Tiger. And if that wasn't enough on the early style roadwheels you can take the front bogie on or off just like the original crews did. Each unit is shipped with a hand numbered certificate of authenticity, positively 300 of each will be built and no more. These tanks are a robust 60mm and combine polyresin and metal parts with connoisseur paint and drybrush."

I must admit that I too am a bit confused. Is it 300 total Tigers with 100 each from each respective type & half of those with the varying roadwheels or ???

Thanks In Advance,
Beaufighter

Sure; those numbers allow us to build 300 of each of the three variants. Hope that helps.

best regards,

Brian

Can't wait till I get Wittmans tiger tank!!!!!:D

Me too!! I would have bought the Winter Tiger (very cool action poses) for my Winter diorama, but I am new to WWII figures and wanted something different (just got a Winter Sturmtiger recently). I hope they look as great as the photos. It will get a prominent spot in the display case if so. If I like it enough, maybe I will try to get a Winter version too if my wife doesn't kill me first.

You bought the New Model Army one. There not bad. Could work on there material on the vehilces and figures. But any ways I can't wait till I get my Wittman tank from Collector Showcase.

Yeah, that's what I meant anyway. I also ordered the Wittmann from CS because I didn't want another Winter tank right now.

I think "Sierra Toy Soldier" has a couple of WITTMAN Tiger preorder spots remaining
