Wow, I thought I had found a time machine when I saw Tim Tebow back in the NFL. He looks pretty good though. Hopefully old Chip and his Eagles know how to use him. I can see that guy being a monster on third and short or in the red zone. Not so much as the full time starter.
 
Timmy is competing for third string against your old USC QB, behind Bradford and Sanchez. Can't see much use for him even if he wins the job.

I would put Tebow in the wildcat on every third and short situation or inside the five. The guy is a beast to defend on short yardage. Barkley hasn't shown me much in the NFL except that he was overrated in college. He digressed every year under Lame Kiffin as did many SC players.
 
The possibility of drinks on me for Michael and George is looking stronger as the parties are headed back to court after talks failed to lead to any settlement, with, as Michael predicted, both sides digging in.
 
At this point I can't help but feel that both sides have bloodied each other enough. Even if they walk away now, both parties are damaged.

Brady's reputation is forever tarnished along with the image of Goodell/the NFL.

Let's call it a draw and get back to getting the game in the headlines.
 
Nobody is doing themselves any favors here. However, they can't see the big picture beyond their narrow short term interests.

The judge clearly thinks the Wells report is ***, surrounded by nonsense, wrapped in fail, but in the end, I still think he rules in favor of the NFL.

The Patriots will go 1-3 the first four games, 10-2 the rest of the way to finish 11-5, beat Baltimore in Baltimore and the Colts in Indy in the AFCCG, play Seattle again in the Super Bowl and beat them again and heads explode all around the NFL.......................and it will be THE best Super Bowl win of the five for me.
 
I suppose anything is possible. I do know that Jim Nance, Babe Parilli or Sam "Bam" Cunningham won't be playing in the game.
 
I see the ugly toll of pre-season is happening every where today, Packers Nelson out (ACL) and Pouncy for the Steelers headed to get surgery for a broken ankle, I know lots of teams get banged up in pre-season but man it really sucks to see the guys dropping like flies before the 2nd week of pre-season and it isn't even over yet!!!...Sammy

Two is more than enough, but the problem is the owners will push for 18 regular season games; if you think players are dropping like flies now, wait until they play 18 games a year...........
 
Football season has been too long coming. I actually watched a Lingerie Football League game this week not just because it featured women in bikinis playing football but because I became interested in the outcome. Scary Sherri is a real beast. I would make a deflategate pun about her but that would undermine the integrity of the game.
