Brady has a QB rating of 18.1 in the first half...

that's pretty bad...

Houston/KC playoff game a few weeks ago...

Hoyer had 4 INT's...
passed for 136 yards...
was shut out...
30-0...
his QBR was 15.9...

Belichick better make some adjustments in the locker room...
 
Not much offense by either side in the 3rd, so the Geezer Bowl is gonna be decided in the 4th, as it should be. -- Al
 
I didn't like that 4th down call. Take the three and try to get the TD next time.
 
Regardless of Phil Simms expert commentary, that was pass interference in the end zone.

If Denver blows this, they have no one to blame but their ineffective offense. They stopped NE twice on 4th downs and couldn't even pick up one 1st down to maintain control of the ball. The Denver offense has been non-existent in the 2nd half. Pats now have their chance. -- Al

Heartbreaking loss for the Pats but a great win for the Denver D-line. Denver's offense just kept giving Brady the ball and multiple chances. Denver dodged the bullet but congratulations to them for winning the Geezer Bowl. Wouldn't have thought that the extra point rule change would have decided a Super Bowl berth. -- Al

John, I admit it. I don't know squat. You could knock me over with a feather. I am glad I am not a betting man, as I would have bet the house on the Patriots.

Now all we need is for the Panthers to blow out the Cardinals and I went from perfect on playoff games to 0-2 on Championship Sunday,{eek3}
 
As well as the Denver defense played, as much as they harried Brady all game, if that extra point was made, that game is in OT right now. It was a great win but it was a great game by both teams. -- Al

My son was prescient; he said that missed extra point might come back to haunt them. I said no way. He was so right.
