Your MG building is definately not the poor cousin to Gordon's masterpiece, it's a masterpiece itself! Well done mate.

Tom

Guys, I didn't join in the topic about the MM version of the Humber because I didn't want to wee on the parade, but I thought it unlikely K&C would release this version so soon after the first, who knows what the future may bring but this new one and the forthcoming EA are going to be most welcome{bravo}}

Rob

Fair comment mate

Andy just wonder how the Fw 190 Dora coming on and what change of a late mark Spitfire or a Gloster Meteor being made ?

Great dio Robin , nothing poor about it , outstanding building
guy{bravo}}

Great dio Robin, absolutely nothing 'poor' about it mate, what a fantastic way to display your MG collection.^&grin

As a side issue, what do you think of the K&C jeeps? I don't have any and are seriously thinking of grabing the latest radio jeep?

Any feedback apreciated, good or otherwise.{sm2}

Cheers.

They are the best all have free moving wheels, love all 3, but the radio one has the edge. The airborne jeep with the trailer is almost impossible to find after being released 5 years ago. The point of the jeeps for me, represent the essence of the Para's as would a glider (hint Andy) and the figures complete the scene. Really like the camo uniforms on the MG figures also. You will not be disappointed with the radio jeep, only the guy in the back seat can be removed. Cheers, Robin.

This might help you to consider the radio jeep, removing the radio para changes the whole setup. cheers, Robin.

Hoping no one would ask Mitch, it's a Playmobile building with a re-paint, but it does not look too toyish. Yea that radio guy is staying on the Dingo, I think he looks good. This has forced me to buy a second radio jeep, to have him back in a jeep also, such is war. Hooked on MG, this and AE are the 2 series that I would part with last. Cheers, Robin.

Robin..

The building does not look toyish and, I asked because I wondered if you had built it. I agree about the MG range I really think its a great theatre of war to address and, has some amazing characters, military machinery and, possibilities to come.

Not a big fan of the desert war myself but, I see why its liked. Never have to many recce jeeps in an arnhem collection

Thanks heaps for getting back to me Robin & UKSubs, you've convinced me, especially seeing that fantasic pic Robin.{sm3}

I've tried hard to not stray from the desert war range, but the MG figures etc are just sooooo good I've got the bug now:tongue:......I'm a bit slow off the mark though with grabbing these guys so it could get expensive I fear..{eek3}:rolleyes2:

cheers fella's {bravo}}

PS. Quite like the Polish chap on the Dingo too, well done

I love how you used the Play Mobil Mansion. Nice painting. Great to see that building utilized in the TS hobby...I may have to repaint my girls Play Mobil Mansion when they stop playing with it...

Aah the Boulangerie....apart from Waterloo Fromelles and Verdun; one of the best things about Belgian and French culture has to be the bread - uh, and the cheese (when I was younger it was the wine) - I do like the diversions away from the purely military that this hobby takes - folk in uniform over the ages did actually lead lives with other facets than shooting and stabbing. Extras like this make the hobby more rounded and richer - thanks Andy
