Pictures of our dogs! (1 Viewer)

What a great thread idea, no politics here. Here's Annie, our shorty Jack Russell, since gone to the great doggie place in the sky, but remembered with fondness.

Dogs are awesome ^&grin
Granted I had 6 'guests' in my home also known as "Fury & Fry's House". Made for some crazy times, lots of playing, lots of fur, lots of poo...... {eek3}

Fury is the ripe old man dog age of 11 - but still a crazy energetic Mini Aussie/Lab mix and opens his own gifts:

Fry is a year younger at 10 - but still a crazy Boston Terrier, we play fetch every single night at 830pm like clockwork!

I have to update my Dogs. Sadly, Bjorn, depicted in my earlier post on this thread has passed. Here is a photo of my four dogs, three Siberian Huskies named Sasha, Sabre and Storm and a Pomsky (a weird cross between a Husky and a Pomeranian, my daughter had to have him) named S'More, with my lovely wife Meredith in our backyard:

This is our Pomeranian, Lana. She's a cuddly little furball who loves the outdoors. She also loves to cool down, so bath time is never an issue for her. This results to endless fun times in her dog bath tub. She also loves to play catch, another reason why we bring along her squeaky toys in our trips, the kids love playing with her as well. We raised her ever since she was a pup and will always be a part of our family.

I agree and you tell these dogs are well loved.{bravo}}

Blue the Siberian Husky, I am planning to get a petsafe dog collar to create a boundary as this dog is too playful that he breaks some of the stuff at home. Will this be an indoor zone wireless containment system be a good alternative to a hardwires pet gate?

Here you go:

Nero - 125lbs Pure havoc..................

Wow, just looking back on this thread. Sorry to say Nero is now 12.7 and near his end. Has been a remarkable fella to have around, probably the biggest gentle giant we have ever had. Just got diagnosed with bone cancer in a paw along with terrible arthritis in his back/hips. STill kicking and able to get around on his own, but we know time is short. I have always said the minute his quality of life goes away, I have to make that awful stinging decision, it just isn't fair to anyone, but you have to do what is right. Sad days, but I look back fondly at now 40 years of wonderful German and Belgian Shepherds. 4 wild rides between Brutus, Rebel Yell, Duke and Nero. I wouldn't trade the memories for anything.

Yeah it's sad and hard mate but wouldn't trade the love, loyalty and pleasure you get from having a dog.
