Martin has sculpted some parts to make the first set of action poses.

The figure is priming a grenade.

We are thinking UK/Polish Paratrooper, Commando or LRDG/SAS desert troopers.

You might wonder why we have a driver? More on that later.

We are going to expand this set into a number of 3 figures sets forming rifle sections or patrols.

We are posting a poll to see what people want. Please let us know what you would like to see:

I voted 1/30 but would like them to go with K&C/TGM not be small and skinny like FL.

I'm glad you pointed out which "1/30th". My figures are based on an average height of 5'8" or 173.0 cm. divided by thirty , that's 5.7 cm. before the addition of boots ands hats etc. The "Heritage Miniatures" figures are mine and I believe they are about the same size as Wm. Britains matt figures.
There are some things that will remain 1/32nd, such as my "Reveille" ceremonial range.

I think the kneeling figure would looking at it work better as a commando or SAS/LRDG better than a Paratrooper. Nice figures

Why not just offer all of the options - which should be easy enough to accommodate with changes of head and/or paintwork.

Better yet offer them also, as an unpainted castings option too - for people to select and paint for themselves?? Excellent sculpts, by the way. jb

Well that is the long term idea. we just want to know which to start with so that we can fund expansion of the range. We also wanted to know if we are flogging a dead horse with the 54mm, which it looks like we are.

The next figures will be 1/30 scale by the looks of things. Oh, and small bases!

If there was more take up for 54mm we would do it too, as it goes well with all those lovely prepainted diecast vehicles by FOV and so forth.

thanks

Bruce
