So whats your next K&C purchase guys? (2 Viewers)

I collect only the Medieval period, so my next purchase will be the Desert Village Square, to go with my Mosque and Minaret in my Crusades diorama. My first figure purchase will be the new Templar Knight "Ambush" set, followed by the other mounted knight holding his collection on enemy Saracen flags. They're due out in February. Then I'll get that Captain America style standing knight and later the Saracens on camels, as soon as they are released in March. The drummer and flag bearer are of particular interest to me. Lots of upcoming releases to add to my Medieval collection!

I'd like to pick up DD113 next....I really like the look of that set, and I don't currently have any Canadian soldiers. I'm also considering DD119 (Normandy Monty!), DD099 (need more ammo), WS169 (ready, aim, fire) and WS170 (dead HJ) to set up w/ WS169. The new HJ figures are very well done. I'm not sure when I'll get the sets I've listed here or in what order, but they are in my sights!

All good choices Joe, I'm sure you'll be pleased with the D Day sets, all the figures are just excellent. I also think the Monty figure is the best yet.

Well guys, sounds like there's a lot of buying going to be happening right across the K&C spectrum, also sounds like the 262 is very popular and will be flying out the door!

With you there on both counts, actually also need the other retired set of British artillery as well.

North Africa will have to wait:eek:

Hi All

My first purchase of the year will be the NA201 Royal Horse Artillery, Gun Set in Action ,to add more firepower to my waterloo Dio.

Can`t wait!!!!!!!

Very best wishes Mark

I've been looking at some of the new Bulge stuff and maybe some RAF. I don't have any RAF yet, so that might be first on the list.

WWII Russians .............. (when they come) ...............

and the 88mm crews.

(ps what happened to the smilies in edit ????)

You'll be glad if you do Duke, its such a good range, and time after time throughout the year we are getting superb releases for it, it makes collecting their figures and vehicles very addictive!. The recent RAF Tilly is a great little vehicle, have these sold out everywhere now does anyone know?

Yep, definitely on my list too, Except for the guy with the heart emblem ., the Drummer definitely a must have, As soon as it comes out.

I have started several new series from several manufacturers. RAF is at the top of my list for K&C right now, but I would definitely welcome new ancient Egyptians and new American fighting figures for a Normandy beach display.

Just spent a lot of $$$ on picking up a variety of pieces that were destined for price increases in 2011. Now my future 2011 picks will be determined by retirements from MG, BOB, RAF, NAP, D-DAY and Crusader series or any interesting limited pieces that I fear I might miss if I don't act fast.

Same here, I have my finger hovering over the order button but have to see whats being retired first, dying to spend some dosh but have a few more days to wait:)

Rob...

Seems like stronger willpower was the 2011 mantra if you have not ordered yet. lol

Do you think there will be much discontinued this coming dispatches its slowed right down in past months.

I would expect an SL in the next dispatches
Mitch

Mitch,

Yeah I'm even worrying myself!:D;) (it won't last though)

Well I don't know about a load of retirements in one go, but it sounds like the items on the retro price increase list are going to be retired over the coming months so it will start at some point, and if my memory serves there wern't many last month. I hope they are well spread out too, does make it easier doesn't it.

Hi chaps. Aren't we due a few RAF vehicles soon - a fuel bowser and a fire truck, possibly series 250? I think these were talked about and hinted at before christmas....

If so, they will definately be on my list!
