Sopranos, What did you think? (2 Viewers)

My local cable company gave us 4 days of free HBO viewing. I saw Bobby sucker punch Tony, and kick his butt. He had that comming, I agree Bobby is now toast. There is no way that phycopath Tony is going to let him live. He hates his sister enough to wavk his brotherinlaw. I have been away a long time, Meadow got real foxy, and AJ is just like his father. My funniest episode is when Paulie goes to the claivoyant, and the guys talking to all the guys he wacked. The poison ivy shooting was a riot, not the shooting, the worry about the poison ivy. Budda Bing, Mike.:)
 
The best three shows on TV are; The Sopranos, The Shield and Rescue Me.

I have them on DVD and enjoy adding them when a new season is released.
 
I am a little hacked at HBO right now. Deadwwood gone, Rome gone, Sopranos gone. I am not a huge Soprano's fan but it was a very good show. Now I have 4 or 5 HBO's with the same old movies all the time. The Wire is a good show but how much longer will it last?:mad:

I'm with you 100%; I kept HBO this long only to see the Sopranos end, once it does, HBO is out the door........

SO AM I. The HBO executives making these insane programming decisions seem to be dealing with a world that has a different color in its sky than the earth.

I do like the Tutors, but Deadwood is gone.....................................
 
Men men men....take it easy. Before you chuck HBO out the door please remember that they have given us these fine shows in the first place and that’s a lot more than most channels have done right? I mean come on...Band Of Brothers.....lets give our HBO a chance to show us what might be in the pipeline before we get to excited and act rash. :mad: If Andy comes out with some crap product will you be so quick to boot K&C as well?

Don’t get me wrong...I'm as upset as the rest of you for what they have canceled...but I'm willing to see what’s on their minds before I cancel and then have to reorder when another kick A$$ series starts!

Can't chuck HBO it's tied in with my High Speed Internet bundle and don't own any K&C. Showtime should be starting a new season of Dexter that's something to look forward to. I tried to watch the Tudors and just couldn't find anything to like.
 
These cable companies got us by the you know what!
I just bought a HD big screen TV and to get hd I,ve got to buy the cable package which includes HBO etc. I drop HBO I loose hd.
Missouri just passed a law that the cable business can now be open to any company, this should help down the road.
Having said the above, I remember in the early eighties when cable was just begining, talking with neighbors if they had seen the cable installation people in the area as we could not wait.
It,s almost as if what would life be like without having access to hundreds of channels. Or in a toy soldier frame of mind what if there were only Marx figures to buy and not K&C.
I must have a good life if all I have to worry about is the above!

I don't work for nor do I receive any compensation for the following (I'm just coping what someone else' disclaimer said did on a previous thread):

Directv is far better for me than my local Media Com cable company. Check out their web site at www.directv.com to see if they are a fit for you. I will not use cable again if satellite is available.
 
Just don't play monopoly with a family of phycopaths, the outcome is predictable. Bobbys days are numbered, but then again, so is the series. :mad:

I love the fact that Phil's right hand gets wacked and he blames Tony for his problems...:rolleyes:
 
Tonight was excellent, have to watch it at least one more time to catch the Christopher and Paulie dialogue, the way they murder the kings english is priceless..............
