OK so Saturday morning will be the first time we show our first vehicle to the world. In anticipation of this let me answer a few questions as I will be away that day:

1. Its a truck and its German.
2. The driver is detachable and so is the steering wheel. You get a spare driving wheel to insert when the driver is removed so you can show the vehicle in a stationary mode if desired.
3. The photos posted here Saturday morning and in our workshop (www.tomgumm.co.uk) will be pre-production photos, therefore some details have been changed which will become apparent on Saturday. Try to be kind on the pre-production photos!
4. There will be 2 versions, 200 Normandy and 100 Desert Herman Goring version.
5. Still waiting on price but as per normal it represents good value for money.

Kind Regards Tom

Hopefully a Krupp truck. I missed the old K&C Krupp years ago and would love to have one model of it.

I think the removable driver and extra steering wheel to allow action and static poses is a superb addition and great thinking outside of the standard.

Not many trucks to address so, a safe bet on what it will be!!!!

Removable driver is fantastic. Your the best!!!! can't wait to see what it is !!!!!!!!!

I am with Phantom Warrior, Hope it is a Krupp Truck
I would really like one of each version. If not a Krupp
I will still buy one or 2,
Thanks Tom, I am sure it will be addition to the troops.

I think it will be the Krupp Protze. When discussion of his first vehicle started I think Tom said in a post that the "german vehicle" would be one that had been done by K & C, but a long time ago. As that truck seved everywhere it will be an excellent choice. Nice to see it in the flesh on Saturday!

I am SOOOOOOOO looking forward to this ! My bet is a Krupp as well-but I'm wondering if TG will throw us a surprise-would love to see a Demag !
Edit...OK, so a Demag is most likely a stretch, but maybe a Steyr 1500 as an interesting choice.

Well if it is a Krupp truck, I will hold out for a grey one. Don't forget us 1940's collectors Tom :smile2:

I missed the K & C Krupp too, and that would be great if a Krupp is TG's initial vehicle. Can't wait 'til Saturday.

Way to go Tom! Can't wait for the unveiling of this vehicle. Detachable driver with spare steering wheel, that's a coup!

A normandy demag would be sweet, or an opel maultier. What ever it is i am sure it will be nice

And here it is.............:salute::

These are pre production photos so some work still to be done on the number plates and the noddy aerials at the front which have now been replaced. However you get the idea of what the set is about I am sure?!!

Goes great with SS001 which is what it was meant to come out with, these guys pulling out of the action after unlimbering the 7.5cm gun..

WAYNE........
Thanks for showing picture, it is a beauty. Tom is on
track with great vehicles. Cant not wait for next one.

Wayne - it looks great! Do you know if, like the driver, the other 2 figures are removable?

Yeah they are mate and it comes with a spare steering wheel so it can be displayed figure free in a static pose.
