Martyn

I see you based your Trophy setup on this 1882 photograph taken after the uprising and bombardment.

It's amazing Randy and Martyn I found a copy of the same photo as it appeared in the Illustrated London News.

Very nice Martyn and I like that fact that Len used different figures for each set instead of just repainting the same figures.

Martyn,

Excellent photo-post on early infantry support weapons employed in the Egypt/Sudan Campaigns.

Thanks, Raymond.:)

Very nice Scott! Hopefully Britains will do some like these. John Jenkins has already promised a Naval Brigade gatling gun.

That Gatling has just been announced, for Sept., I think. It is on the JJD thread. -- Al

With all due respect that is why you and Ken need to get Maison Militare's website sorted.
In 2010 there is really no excuse for not having a decent user friendly website.

I hope you don't think I'm trying to make excuses then.:) But Kens web site is not something I'm involved in. I do know he has had some problems with the site, it doesn't help that he knows nothing about computers.:D Also they arn't exactly cheat to get up and running.

I like your figures. I have quite a few from when you were with William King.
But the only way I realize you have this Sudan range out is because I look at this forum.
I am sure many more collectors would support this range if they could see it on a website and buy it off a website.
Ken is a great guy but he needs to sort a decent website out.
Even Mike Norris of LL has a half decent website where you can place orders and pay by paypal.
Some of us like to support the British made stuff.
Don't make it any harder for us to support you guys.

I understand what you're saying but but what Ken does is his business, not mine. I realise how usefull the internet is, I use it! All I am saying is that I am not Maison Militaire.

I had no idea there were so many Gatling gun sets available...

Martyn...you seen to own your share...:D

True Michael, I have one or...................five.......... ;)

You can never have too many Gatlings to beat back charging Zulus or Dervish:D

Cheers

So true. Now, if only Custer had exhibited the same attitude... -- Al
