Luka's whole career can be summed up on the play tonight where he hit a three, there was slight contact so he flopped to the floor trying to draw a foul, didn't get it, whined about it sitting on the floor as the Celtics raced up the court with a 5 on 4 and got a bunny lay up.
Outrageous is more like it, I pissed away a crap ton of money on health insurance that aside from an annual physical, eye exam, hearing test and skin exam, rarely used aside from the occasional flu/bronchitis/COVID nonsensical jabs....................blessed to be so healthy, but I got raked over the coals on premium costs.
This thread is for me a place to come and carpet bomb the forum with sarcasm, 99% of what I write on here is just that, humor/East Coast sarcasm is my crutch, I'm not trying to offend anyone or upset anyone, it's just a way to vent and get away from all the nonsense in the world is all, it's all in good fun and I get the impression that most here fully understand that.

if you are talking about Maryland, I agree. However, I will take every other State other than VA, south and slightly west of me! Snow is another reason I am not staying where I am. Hate it, maybe worse than my own State Politics.
That game last night was an embarrassment. The Lakers are so bad it is hard to watch. They are terrible on defense. They don't hustle. They don't seem to care about winning. No pride. LeBron was correct when he recently said this is not a championship team. Luka is playing lights out but no one guy can win a championship. The supporting cast on the Lakers are awful. LeBron only plays about half the games and has almost no impact even when he puts up decent numbers. I had hoped Redick would instill some pride in these guys but it's not happening. At best, they are a bubble playoff team that will get rolled in the first round.
Reaves is good though is he not? They've got a couple of other long bodies I've never heard of who played ok, how much can you expect from LeBron at this point?
Reaves stunk last night...averages over 25 points per game...only 15 last night...
Reaves has his moments but can't play D to save his life. Everyone was terrible last night. They traded for some guy who only shoots three-point shots but he almost never takes one. It is a trainwreck. And they almost never are healthy enough to have Luka, LeBron, and Reaves all playing.
I believe it will take a miracle to save the Bears, it sounds like Indiana is a done deal, BUT you never know til it actually happens.
Agreed; I'm the first guy to mock the people who stampede to the grocery store and wipe out the eggs, milk, bread and toilet paper as my attitude is always "The roads will be clear the next day, why the panic"...........A four letter word, SNOW

We had a relatively minor snowfall in the 3-5 inch range. Nevertheless, the drivers managed numerous crashes including a tractor trailer full of tuna that overturned on the interstate forcing it to close for hours. You have to wonder with all the advanced notice who still chooses to drive into those conditions with predictable results. Many people don't even slow down. Several fatalities.
The area of MA we live in usually has low snowfall totals, it's called the South Coast..............not the past two years, we get hammered every storm, now this one, 30 plus inches.................I don't care if it's 2026, that much snow is a project to remove/clear.
Yes, I'm done as well. Approaching retirement age and sick of the snow and cold. Everyone from the north seems to go to Florida but I never liked it. California is too expensive and weird. Texas is too hot. Mississippi and Alabama are Mississippi and Alabama. That narrows things down.
Hard no to all those places for me as well, we'll figure something out, it's not my bag anymore dealing with this crap, I've got a mountain of orders that have piled up since Saturday, no PO today or tomorrow for me, I'll have a SUV full of boxes by the time the PO is back and up and running again.
