I like it a lot; the plot twist threw me for a loop, I DVR'd 8 and 9, will watch later this week."Grotesquerie" is a mind-bending show. I wasn't sure Nancy Nash of Reno 911 fame could carry the main role, but she is knocking it out. I'm just watched episode 7. The opening was brutal. Even Kelce's mug can't ruin this show.
Me too except it is jarring to see Kelce's face. I keep wondering what he is doing on the show then remember he is supposed to be a character. He is becoming Gronk II. I guess we know why he is not in playing shape.I like it a lot; the plot twist threw me for a loop, I DVR'd 8 and 9, will watch later this week.
I thought he was actually pretty good, not a cardboard cutout, seems pretty natural to be honest.Me too except it is jarring to see Kelce's face. He is playing a big, dumb ox. Not exactly method acting.I thought he was actually pretty good, not a cardboard cutout, seems pretty natural to be honest.
HA HA Absolutely!!! Funny you should say that as the EM's I made for myself this am were coated with salty butter- and I had my annual physical an hour later!!! YIKES!!! Fortunately the blood pressure measured 124/82 so the salty butter can continue!Salted Butter?
It's supposed to be in the 70s and even 80s this week. Could be the warmest Halloween on record. California weather heading into November. Weird time of year when it is in the 30s in the morning and you are having heat stroke by the afternoon.Couple things
the recent wave of utterly GORGEOUS weather we have had for the past couple weeks here in Central Pa.
The perfectly toasted English Muffin with the perfect amount of butter spread about the halves- just puts a smile on my face when it's done right- mind you, it can be difficult to achieve the perfect EM as you can easily mess up cutting the halves, set the toaster too high, over toasting etc- so like the proverbial unicorn in the woods- when this happens, it is divine!
Couldn't agree more, its nature at its best......Salted Butter?
I saw it back in 1978 in the theatre, what an experience, no gore, just a lot of jump scares and tense moments, a ground breaking movie for the genre.I went to see John Carpenter's 1978 movie "Halloween" on the big screen. I've probably seen it more times than I can count but if you are a horror fan this movie is a just about perfect. The music is great. For good or ill, it started a whole new genre of "slasher" movies in the 70s and 80s. They don't make them like that anymore. The actresses who played the three high school girls including Jamie Lee Curtis were way too old for those roles and you have take the plot with a grain of salt but it has held up well.
