That was quick to arrive. I think the Kursk Tiger was at the vendor I mentioned. But I have no idea where to get the Grey one. For some reason I think someone mentioned that only 30 of the grey Tigers were made. If I run across one, I'll let you know.

Terry

The Grey oones were the limited edition. Production runs were planned at being 30 grey, 75 of each of the 2 DAK Tigers and 100 of the Winter (above) and Kursk Tigers.

The crew member is a little of IMO, but I think the camo on the Kursk model looks top. Nice pieces, especially for the money.

Thanks Terry...........:)

Wayne,
I love the models and to confirm there were only 30 Grey Tigers made, these were the limited ones. That said, after you chase down the others, buy an extra and I am sure one of the board members (Alexdakar) could replicate the Gray version for you!

The price is sure right on these models, good find and good eye Terry.

I just recently picked up my one & only NMA piece...The Kursk Tiger...Very nice tank , did a repaint on the Commander figure though...It is too bad they went under...Was just cruising this thread to see what had been said about the companies demise...Here is my new/retired Kursk tiger...

Joe..

Nice tiger and nice repaint. It was a shame but, they are now TG miniatures. I am sure they will do some new tigers in the future

I did not know that...About NMA becoming TG Miniatures...I think getting addicted to Tiger Tanks is a condition you come down with after being on this forum...I have been collecting for almost 20 years & i only had a FOV Tiger...Now i got a NMA Tiger , also building a Tamiya DAK Tiger & looking forward to a grey K&C Tiger...

I have just bought the Tiger I and Jagdpanther in 1/24th scale recieved them this morning. Had a quick look and the detail and build look excellent. Now, just find the time to get them done

Hi Guys,

I have one of the NMA Grey Tigers its a great set! I will also say that Thomas Gunn sort of rose from the ashes of NMA and one of the NMA founders works for them. That said I am hoping we'll see a lot of great things from Thomas Gunn in the near future. I especially would like to see some more all grey vehicles. Not that I dont enjoy the camo schemes there is just something about the early war grey vehicles that I really enjoy.

Dave ,

I am right there with you as far as wanting to see more German grey vehicles...It seems to get glossed over...So you got one of the NMA grey Tigers , the most limited of the NMA Tigers...30 being made...I just got my Kursk Tiger from Tom , & i love the color scheme...
I for one would love to see a Polish campaign be produced...Some Polish cavalry , maybe a polish tankette & some early german tanks...

Joe

Hi Joe,

The Polish Campaign would be great! Grey Tanks and Infantry Motor Cycles and the works and dont forget Stukas and all sorts of great Polish Units. I would be thrilled if someone like TG would cover this area in depth heck we could even get some great 38t's. Lots of possibilites. We could even see some Russians in the mix as friends to the Germans.

Dave ,

Speaking of TG , just saw the Sdkfz 253 they have coming out...they look good & affordably priced...
I have always wanted to delve into the Polish campaign...I figured most of the manufacturers stay away from certain theaters because of profitabilty issues...But i like alot of variety...I got the Hachette Polish Cavalry trooper & the DelPrado one as well , but thats the best i can do...
Dave , have you ever been over to the panzermuseum in Munster ? They got a nice grey 38t over there...

Joe

Hi,

Just picked up a Grey Tiger and the Afrika Corp Tiger from NMA for £125 a piece. I think I got a bargain, what about you guys?

Slight error on my behalf it wasnt the grey one it was the kursk one (photos wernt great on ebay) However, so happy the boxes are like new and the figures are even still in the polythene packets. One happy bunny!

Kurst one, Afrika Corp and winter one literally as
New in prime boxes. These are New old stock. The seller acquired 100 that were Stuck in customs when the company went bust. I don't know how many are left one still

Does anyone know if the boxes were marked on which tank went in an individual box. I displayed a couple and when I went to put them away did not see any markings on the boxes to figure out which tank went into it. ? Regards. Larry.

I have them all and unfortunately no markings on any box to indicate which version should go inside each. they are just generic boxes im afraid.
