time on my hands at last (2 Viewers)

Robin,
As always, your work is superb in many ways.

On April 26th I am giving a Lecture to the Mid-Coast Maine Historical Society entitled ... "Learning, Preserving and Teaching History by collecting Toy Soldiers."

It will be about an hour long. I will be setting up a few small dioramas, (K&C AWI, K&C JN and JJD RSF)
My main presentation will be a PowerPoint show-and-tell in which I give the audience a look at the endless ranges, vendors, eras that are possible. The focus is on NON-combat scenes, but not all of them.

May I use some of your incredible displays, found in this thread, in my presentation?
I will, of course, give the MASTER his due credit !!!! ...:salute::

Sounds like a hoot Larry, of course take anything you need. My profile page has my photo albums if that's any help. Let me know how it all goes. Robin.

Very good Robin. Does the Missus have a hobby too? :salute::

Brad

Brad mate,
Barb is a lovely lady and her hobby is putting up with Robin!!!!!!!!!!^&grin^&grin Jen and I when in Adelaide always enjoy a Dinner down at a nice Chinese Restaurant in Christies Beach with the two of them. I have my fingers crossed that the two of them return safely from China after their two week trip.
We have been trying to get them both to come with us to the Chicago Show in September. Barb is keen so it is up to all the Amercian readers of this thread "Time on my hands at last" to pester him to come and enjoy some great U.S. hospitality.:smile2:
Cheers Howard

Interesting development in your western diorama. I like the collection of buildings on display now and especially the horses tied out front. The cavalry in the background are a neat touch as well. Well done. Regards Greg.

Brilliant mate really really like it and watching it grow when's the railway coming to town.

I hope they make it Howard, it would be great to meet them. If not, I'm sure you'll make up for their absence :wink2:

Appreciate the comments and likes without which I would not remain inspired.

That's the gang from "Blackadder Goes Forth". Blackadder (Rowan Atkinson) is saluting, and Baldrick is weighed down with kit. I forget who the mustachioed gent is. Not Stephen Fry's character, though, I'm fairly certain.

Prost!
Brad

Did he and Barb survive their two week trip to China??? Is he and Barb safe and well???? Will we ever see more of his fabulous works??????? Will Adelaide ever be the same??? {sm4}{sm4}
