Thanks Steve, yep one of Jakob's. There is another one that can be joined to double the size when Andy releases more of the Marines. Robin.

Quite a procession there Robin, the cavalry and oxen pulled carts work well together. Regards Greg.

Excellent work. I want to do something similar to this as well. How well do the JJD cavalry and the K&C cavalry match up size wise?

They fit perfectly, John has done these well, although I probably did not need 12. ^&grin, Robin.
PS the horses look good by themselves, riders detachable.

Can I have your spare cavalry them!!!!!!!!!!!!, Seriously they look really good. Tempted to get the JJD cavalry but then I am also leaning towards getting ever more FL mounted figures. Choices and shrinking budgets so really shouldn't go for both. Well done on your set up though. Gary

Looks great Robin !
At the current rate of great sets coming from all the manufacturers at present, I think it isn't going to be long before you'll need yet another building to house your collection !!{sm4}

That is just wonderful !

It is no wonder the wagons are empty...with all those animals to feed...I suspect that when they started the wagons were filed with hay.

Thank you for posting a great collection.

It crossed my mind that the wagons should be carrying something, but I opted out to find something, as I was just too lazy. Nice to hear from you. Robin.

Marines attempt to get a toe hold on a Japanese held island. Robin.

Hey Robin,
Still getting caught up on TF from the Chicago Show.

WOW, Sir .. that is a wonderful USMC <> Japanese dio.
I am impressed how well the TG figures match with the K&C figures.
Color me a bit envious of all the palm trees you have ... I have 1 ...:redface2:
As always, your photography is superb.

The first set of the USMC I picked up at the Chicago show but I am picking up the next three tomorrow (Sunday in this time zone) at the local TS show. Well not so local when I have to drive 4 hours, but living in the sticks you get accustomed to that.

Jacob's display work rather well in this environment.

YES .. you need more Marines with that hoard of fanatical Japanese, wanting to die for the emperor, charging down the slope .. {sm2}

Appreciate your kind words Larry. Howard my supplier and good friend is bringing my 3 Marines to me next weekend when he arrives to do a 2 day event for K&C at a Adelaide Gun Show. I will do the display at the stall which will be all Australian WW1, Gallopoli and Beersheba. Looking forward to getting the new ALH releases, especially the figure with the Kangaroo. Hopefully I will have some photos to post. Where is that carrier of yours? You will need it for the new JJD Corsair.^&grin, Robin.

YES, YES ... I have been quite remiss about putting in the hours to finish the Akagi. :redface2: :redface2:

Now that fall -> winter is fast approaching the northern reaches of Maine, my summer building activities (as in building porches, painting house and other non-fun stuff) is at an end. Now on to the good times.

With the new K&C JN046 A6M Zero flying into Maine today, I got quite a verbal assault by Pilot Tetsuzu Iwamoto from the Zuiksku about where he could land. I did safely get him down but he is still have a tantrum and tossing bowls of rice everywhere ... ^&grin

My sister-in-law is a artist and painted both jungle backdrops for me. Robin.

Robin, I'll trade Sister-in-Law's with you? :rolleyes2:
Mine came to stay with us this summer and I got "tossed" out of the guest bedroom and had to move all my boxes, building supplies and stuff.

Still, I ended up with 3X's the space, but still .......:mad:

Heck, I'll even pay airfare for both of them ....:wink2:
