November 1922 Egypt, the Valley of the Kings, the British archaeologist, Howard Carter and his sponsor, Lord Carnarvon, are introduced to the water boy, who discovered the steps leading to the tomb of the boy pharaoh, King Tutankhamen.

Robin, all the figures chosen with wisdom, the boy with camera is a touch of genius as only you can imagine!
cheers

Great bit of improvising with existing figures Robin, but you know you won't be able to resist, it'll be like a curse of the Mummy as you get pulled in to the tomb ! :salute::{eek3}:tongue:

Love it Robin! Most creative. The car, the shovels, all the details; fantastic! I know who will be purchasing the Tutankhamun set. It's certainly on my list.
{bravo}}

Cheers guys for again with the inspirational comments and likes. The Tut 4 figures that Andy has shown, I have found very exciting, as they dove tail into my Ancient Egypt series which I started in 2007, which was the beginning of my fascination with 1/30 scale. Also the fact that Andy has some other relevant figures in the pipeline, conjures up the imagination for more intrigue in this period of history. These guys could make an appearance in the December releases, if not, very early 2022, right on 100 years from their first debut. I have 2 more dioramas in the works to accommodate them. A golden time to be in this hobby and to share with you guys. Robin.

Robin,

Your Egypt display is quite a refreshing twist! Excellent display and love your pictures!

Just an endless amount of ideas you have Robin, always love looking at your displays
Graham.

Thanks Steve, no I had not seen this video, but it is very interesting. Cheers, Robin.

Hi Robin,
I always enjoying seeing your dioramas. They are most creative and I love how you combine figures and accessories from different companies, something you do seamlessly.

Keep them coming, my friend. Look forward to seeing what you'll be sharing in the future.
If you decide to delve into the Japanese submarine idea as Steve has shared (interesting video I might add), I may have to dust off a few of my own pieces as it has always been a favorite theme for me.

Great stuff, keep them coming! It's going to be an enjoyable Christmas with all the new and old pieces available.
