time on my hands at last (2 Viewers)

Hope you are well Robin, this looks like a scene from 'The eagle has landed', great job as usual cheers Graham.

Outstanding but gruesome scene Robin. Reminds me of a small Polish soldier cemetery I visited while in Holland. Chris

Have gun, will travel. Robin.

Very impressive scene with the armored trains and siege gun. Great realism with the background and track gravel. :salute:: Chris

21st July 1942, Japanese forces begin to land on the Northern coast of New Guinea at Buna and Gona. In the subsequent days to come on their trek to Kokoda village, they encounter strong resistance from the 39th Australian Infantry Battalion and the Papuan Infantry Battalion. Robin.

Nice bit of backstory telling Robin.

Am I right in thinking that without the Flight deck that is you cargo ship with the Mummy !?

The sailors may get a surprise when they go below decks and find the Mummy wandering about !{eek3}:wink2:^&grin

Being 21 July was the 80 year anniversary, appropriate to start my Kokoda foray, so thanks guys for your comments, always appreciated. Steve this is my aircraft carrier, which I use for both Japanese and American, the mummy is on my steamer boat. Robin.

The populace are distracted from their daily problems, with entertaining games held in the city arena. Robin.

Lots going on in your Roman set up there Robin :salute::

Certainly a blood thirsty crowd. Feel sorry for the animals, but that's what happened for peoples entertainment back then and still in the Bull fights of today !
