time on my hands at last (3 Viewers)

Tom, the shop is located 60klms South of Adelaide in the river town of Goolwa. Sure there are nautical themed shops in every state. Often also check out Aquarium shops for useful diorama pieces. Anything 1/30 these days are in my sights. Robin.

Thanks Robin, there are no shops up my way that sell large detailed boats, well none that I have come across anyway. I am a bit surprised that you found this boat in Goolwa and not in Adelaide or another large city. I have been to Goolwa before and it is rather small. Just goes to show you can find great little treasures in far flung places or small places in this case.

Very nice mate is there any line you don't collect except for winter Germans.

You are my opposite Wayne, which is why I like to see your collection, no WW11 Winter or Desert for me, so I get my fill from yours, saves me heaps of expense. {sm4}, Robin.

Robin,
Some great additions since my last visit. Not many can go from weird looking V2 vehicles and rockets on trains, to an African hunting scene and then Eastern Front and a Commando raid with a good looking boat.:salute::
Always fun to pop down here to the depths of the forum{sm4}

Last time I used them Tom, I was issued with a infraction notice, so once bitten......Finally just finished some diorama's using this structure which I have been wanting to do for 6 months, just to much packing and unpacking involved, but I finally put it all together and will put up on the forum at dispatches time fourth Feb. Nice of you to comment.:salute::, Robin.

KC's Egyptian series is one of their best and the Pharoah's Chariot one of their best pieces. Great set-ups. -- Al
