Oh so nice a scene, JJD is miles ahead of all the rest re the Great War, but Robin with a toy soldier budget larger than Tasmania's isn't time you invested in a new backdrop mate. :wink2:^&grinAll quiet on the Western front, for the moment. Robin.

Wayne.
Was being a smart **** mate:rolleyes2:, one way to get a large backdrop is to go out and take a pic of the sky or whatever appeals and then find a print shop (many about) and have it enlarged to a poster size, I did this and it cost me about $30, just a thought.Tough man Wayne^&grin. Yes the back drops are my failing (one of many by the way), always a problem and often limits the size of my diorama's. I know you have the skills to add photo's behind your scenes to make them outstanding, but most of the time I am happy in my dinosaur ways{sm4}. I was looking only last night at some Build-a-Rama WW1 backdrops, but concluded as I plan to keep my WW1 collection to just a few pieces, not really a fan of this era, no real point in buying them. Agree the JJD stuff is very good and currently I plan to pick the best from that maker only. Now I am nervous putting up any more WW1 scenes{eek3}, Robin.
Great idea getting the door shut mate.................:wink2:^&grin^&grin
