Trophy of Wales (2 Viewers)

Mike,

Nice sets, another group of Redcoats waiting for the grand adventure.

The kitchen set is one of the three Trophy sets I own. You need to stop posting Trophy sets or I might have to start bidding for them on Ebay or buy them at the OSTN.

I know you guys do not want another Trophy Collect out in the Toy Soldier Universe drying up the supply.:D

Brian,
I took your LL set up as inspiration! You will not regret taking the Trophy plunge. We are a secret non-masonic society with many benefits!
Mike

Nice little dio there Mike, I love that field kitchen what a neat piece. I recently saw a Tamiya one in 1/35 and thought about buying it and adding it to the Matte Britains as I doubt we will see one in that range.

Mike,

Thanks for the complement, but you guys on the Trophy forum have been an inspiration for me to start posting pictures.

Mike, do you have an place set aside for your dio or do you just set it up each time for picture taking?

The charger horses transported from England to fight in the Zulu campaign of 1879 had a problem. They couldn't digest the local grasses effeiciently and some died after arrival in Natal, and not because of the rough one month voyage by sea either. The local ponies had been raised on the indigenous fare, and were much stronger in the environment. All this meant that the European horses needed to be fed hay and forage brought over with them.
These horse handler are prepare to give this pair of chargers of the 17th Lancers Regiment the daily feed of British hay.

PS-Damian-Is it true? How's the salad down there?:D

Awwwwwwww I remember I got a book which showed this complete set but it was well retired when I ordered it, so I contacted Trophy and they said that the casts had been destroyed so I couldn't get one, but then, and I was very grateful for this, they re-made the set for me, so basically I have a one-of-a-kind set which was remade for me, it's a truly great set but:D:cool::eek::D

Each time ... I have a small desk in the basement that is surrounded by leaning and stacked landscapes, and the British Army is everywhere. The Zulu Nation in my basement is much more disciplined and has maintained a small patch of real estate, except those warriors needing emergency care of missing arms, shields and bent/broken assegais.

How about some pictures! We'd love to see you join our band if Trophy brothers! As the Lt. would attest, even one set gets you a lifetime membership in this exclusive gentleman's club.

How many Trophy sets does one have to post, before one learns the secret handshake. Remember I only have three sets.

Brian,
Four sets qualifies you for a TM tattoo on the right forearm, in the ancient tradition of the Vatican Assassini.

It never ceases to amaze me when out of the blue you provide us with photos of sets from your Trophy collection. What else is hidden in your treasure chest of goodies? By the way Mike who made the Storehouse and would you be good enough to provide a full photo of it. I'm sure you can feature it with other figures from your Trophy collection that would bring it to life once again....The Lt.

I can hardly wait for the new year to see what treasures will be posted and to see what treasures we will find.

After a day of scouting a couple of troopers wanted to remember this day and to send a picture back home to Dear Old Mom of their Grand Adventure in Zululand.
