What Toy Soldier items Have You Acquired in The Last 2 Weeks ? (5 Viewers)

Not a toy soldier item, but from my related hobby of scale modeling:

Aircraft modelers have been awaiting this kit eagerly, since Revell-Monogram announced last year that it was in the works.

This is why I haven't painted as many figures this year as I could have ;)

Prost!

After weeks of waiting and post office screw-ups it finally rolled in today. This was supposed to be delivered a week before xmas and I feared that it may have been lost in transit. Thankfully it arrived and no problems with any damage. She is a beauty!

My latest--2 kits of Ulrich Puchala's Wuerzburg Garde du Corps trooper, and a Prussian hussar by Labayen, from my friends at Berliner Zinnfiguren. Into the queue they go!

Prost!

That armored car is very impressive. Chris

Thanks Chris! It truly is a beautiful piece. I have the K&C armoured vehicle and I like the JJ version more. A lot more detail in this vehicle and highly recommend it to anyone that collects WW1.

I'll second that, it's of scale model quality in its detail. The figure is very well done, too.

I'll add another update, I just won another Stadden figure off eBay (British ensign, sans flag, listed as 1776, but he's from 1756.) I may paint him as a Hannoverian instead of British, and add the flag, in either case.

Prost!
