This weekend I have completed another couple of batches of Stadden figures from the Napoleonic era......

Buglers from Dragoons and Polish lancers of Napoleon's Imperial Guard.
The Dragoon is in full dress, while the lancer is in Campaign clothing.

British Lifeguard officer, Arthur Wellesley, the 1st Duke of Wellington and an officer of the Royal Wagon Train.

Yours mate or customer?

Oh no, these are definitely part of my collection.

One of the local guys had a big box of these figures, he said there was no way that he could paint them, and so was quitting some of stuff. I got about half of them.
He also arranged a sale for me of a lot of Historex Napoleonic plastic kits that I have had for years, and that I won''t even make because I have so many metal casting to do.

Anyway, I'll show you them all when you come to town.

Thanks to a tip from our good friend Mark (Saxon Lions), I was able to pick up three wonderful, late production, highly detailed Heco Tinplate Models, an FE2b 2-seater pusher plane fighter, a Royal Aircraft Factory RE 8, a two seater light bomber/reconaissance plane I did not even know Heco had made (possibly a custom commission), and a highly detailed late production single-seater Bleriot Monoplane.

Just received by mail this unusual and beautiful roman figure for my future diorama of gladiators{sm3}

Any spare Historex sets mate keep me in mind for dios you can paint them to if you like hahaha.

Thanks to the kindness and talents of our good friend John O'Brien (O'Bee), who assembled and painted the castings, after the holidays I will be receiving this wonderful WW1 German Fieldgun and Crew to be displayed on my Trophy WW1 diorama (Trophy only made British artillery):

Top Picture - Direct from T Gunn,
Winter Brummbar [no markings],
4 SS Troopers [osp, only 3 in the picture],
1 Rome's Enemies, Germanic warrior for my Teutoburg Forest dio,
2 new Roman officer, 1 for my Teutoburg Forest dio, the other will go in my 9th Legion diorama.

Middle Picture - John Jenkins bought from Grey Goose in the UK,
3 new Saxons for my shield Wall,
1 new Viking for dio with above
1 new Germanic warrior for my Teutoburg Forest dio
Montezuma for my Aztec Dio - Great Great figure for the price.

Bottom Picture - Bought these from TSrare, nice guy and great service from Italy to the UK.

Picked to a King and country DD135 - Sherman Sherman firefly which was damaged so got a part refund and will use it as a blown up Sherman.

Also picked up DD174 - Humber heavy Utility.

An DD329 - Normandy LCVP.
