What Toy Soldier items Have You Acquired in The Last 2 Weeks ? (1 Viewer)

I don't know if this counts, as I must have purchased the figures a couple of years ago, but I didn't realize that I had Trophy set GW21v, the WWI German Pioneer Flame Thrower Squad until yesterday (it was mixed in with other Trophy WWI German sets on my WWI diorama):

Before reading the post, jut reading the tittle, I thought you bought a Nazi flag to wash your brushes ... ^&grin

I have completed the painting on 3 of the 75mm Hinchliffe kits that I have in my stash of castings ....

I think I have another 4 kits to assemble and paint, and will show them off soon.

John

This weekend I have completed another 3 figures ....

3morehinch75s.jpg

Biting a cartridge, officer in shako and Grenadier with bearskin.

One more figure to go, another biting a cartridge, but wearing a bearskin and bicorn is on the back of his pack. I may choose to place the bearskin on the ground and leave him bare head?

It must be like Christmas every day living at your house Louis.:salute::

I got hold of one the things I've been chasing for a long while. The beautiful King and Country Egyptian Chariot. It arrived damaged and it still needs some touch up. But man do I like this piece. This and HB winter kitchen with dog. A good haul lately.

I picked up this excellent Heco Tinplate Models German Floatplane, according to the experts (Al and Mark), it is a hybrid between a Brandenberger (nose) and a Junkers CL1 Floatplane (tail):

A couple of week's back I got some more French Napoleonic Staddens from a local collector.

Last year I got a dozen from him, and have now 'persuaded' him to sell a some more that I had wanted.

I'll post images when completed, but you can already see that I have painted 2 Dragoons.

Top : Hussar Officer, ADC, Grenadier c1790, 3 Marines
Lower: 4 Dragoons, 3 Guard Lancers
