What Toy Soldier items Have You Acquired in The Last 2 Weeks ? (3 Viewers)

Well done PA, it's a goody isn't it! Hope to see lot's of upcoming dio's with your cromwell on the attack!

Tom
Yes indeed Tom, Picking up the last of the new Tommy figure releases by K&C next week !

Just picked-up a mint K&C war torn Reich Chancellery entrance for just US$90 and WS35 to go with it. The Fuhrer is looking a bit grim as he contemplates his very limited future.

I also added Red Army figures from K&C (RA016) and First Legion - RUSSTAL016 Russian Carrying Comrade. There's a Berlin '45 diorama in all this eventually.

One of my favorite ranges.....The Battle for Berlin 45' ^&grin

Peter Nathan in Sydney had a massive K&C delivery yesterday but I came away with just a modest triple of RAF figures:

King & Country RAF043 Air Marshal Sir Arthur "Bomber" Harris
King & Country RAF044 Flight Lieutenant Bill Reid V.C.
King & Country RAF053 Wing Commander J.E. Johnnie Johnson

This beast of a vehicle great piece from K&C and a great repaint by Mitch.

Also i got these 3 pieces from K&C and repainted by John (Obee) and they look awesome in Grey.

Great looking stuff there Wayne Mate {sm4} Those troops look great in grey !!!

Just picked these up for a good price. All are 1/18 scale made by 21st Century Toy Company back in 2000 or so.
They have incredible details and could rival the Tamiya model kits.

I just picked up 12 Marching Wehrmacht and 12 Marching Algemeine SS along with a Standard Bearer and a SA Bugler for my Berlin parade display. It reminds me of Christmas in August. :smile2:

My latest acquisition is still down under and will soon cross the Globe over to my WW2 Collection......
I picked up the set and had it assembled by " Master - John " ( Obee ) into a fine sample of this HUGE BEAST...I would not want to cross it´s sights end ever....
This is what you get when you cross an huge heavy infantry gun carriage and an 88......The biggest anti tank gun 41/43 German answer to all the Russian/Allied tanks......
It could knockoff any of the armour thrown against its masters......Unfortunately they came into action in very few numbers and too late in the War.
This is a Hinchliffe master piece - all in metal and copper - none of the plaster and plastic stuff current manufacturers order out of China.....
John ( Obee ) is the master behind the miracle of bringing this 30 years plus set to life....
It is a real pitty they are no longer produced and even rarer as the days go by.....
As soon as the set arrives from Australia, a dedicated garrison will be added and some dio effect so as to give an even better sense of the size of this beast......
For now all you need to think of is that it´s dad was a heavy German gun carriage, and mom an 88.......

Also from the same manufacturer " Hinchliffe" and also assembled by John is this German WW2 General Infantry support artillery howitzer......a great set that as soon as it arrives from Down Under I will match with a stand by garrison while its definite garrsion " from superior metals" does not arrive....
Enjoy the pictures and again pitty they are no longer available.
PS....JJD has released a plaster based one, but for some reason he did not add to it a garrison ....

They fit right in scale with my St. Petersburg Napoleonic figures

Another eBay bargain just arrived:

King & Country RAF016 Spitfire Mk.1 Alan Deere 'Battle of Britain'. Was a bargain - AU$150.00
