Chris - Do you think Russo would trade any of his The West figures for other boxed new condition K&C? I have for trade EA003 Australian Attack, and SF01 Freedom Fighters, SF02 Captured Bin Laden, and SP011 Afghan Cave Complex.

The cavalry did have access to gatling guns and they were offered to Custer on his last mission. The problem was they were too heavy to move quickly over the rough terrain. Since the Cavalry was facing a highly mobile enemy, gatling guns were not worth much, except for defensive purposes...

While at the Texas show did you guys think about making a wall that could be used to construct an Alamo compound? Maybe something that would go with the King and Country Alamo Scenic Piece. To my knowledge no one makes anything that resembles the old mission walls. What do you say?

I too am a fan of the Pacific. I think more of Naval and air combat units than infantry and armour. A cool dio would be a (affordable) Jap Zero dropping down to fire on navy/marine/sea bees working on a beach. Alot of possibilities that have not been done in this theatre.

Opie in Great Book of Britains says the Army Motor Ambulance, with driver, casualty and stretcher, issued in this style between 1937 - 1941, reissued in 1946 with new body style. The Bettle Lorry with Driver, set 1877 issued in 1940.
