Mike,
Did you check BT Soldiers? I know I saw they had them listed awhile ago. I would email them and ask them. I had emailed once asking about a certain set and they did have it. The woman I spoke with said they don't always list items they only have one or two of left so its possible...
Can anyone help me. I was in Washington recently and saw a Caisson set from the JFK funeral. I was wondering if anyone knows of any company that produces such a set and where I would be able to find one. I had heard a few years ago about a manufacturer called Ducal who had produced a set but...
I just ordered my spartans today from BT Soldiers of course. I swear they need to hire me for advertising. Maybe I'll have to start asking for a discount every time I mention there name. haha Anyway I am excited to receive mine. I should have them by Wed. at the latest. I ordered and paid...
That is a great deal. I buy alot from BT myself. They always seem to have the best prices. I have talked to the owner on occasion and asked how they are able to sell at such discounts and he said they are constantly searching for deals on retired sets so that they can sell them to collectors...
btsoldiers is another great dealer. They have an awesome store through ebay. Not to mention some really great prices on their items. I picked up the Lions of The Round Top for $40.00 on an auction through them. They also have some of his retired sets. Shipping is fast to. They use priority...
Think I'm going to stick with the BTSoldiers for now. They just released the retired sets from Conte at Introductory prices so I want to grab what I can before the prices go up.
Thank You. Not sure why his prices fluctuate so much. The retired sets I got from ebay seemed to be a really good price. As long as I can continue to find good deals like I found on his retired sets Its good for me as a collector. Especially now that my son has become interested.
Thanks for the welcome. I bought a couple of the World War 2 sets. A Touch of Laryngitis, Moment of Truth, and Rescue Under Fire. I also got the Lions of The Round Top and the Lions Add on set. The company was BTSoldiers. I believe they are located in PA.
Thats not true. Conte has retired several of his sets recently. I found a company on ebay that is selling several of Contes sets that are retired. I actually ordered several of them earlier today.
