    Expeditionary Force WW2 sets???

As someone noted, the TSSD guy I used wasn't the best figure to compare. He's on the small side.. I know when I do large dioramas I routinely use figures of varying sizes and they tend to work fine (at least for me).

    Robin Hood

I'm not really a collector of metal figures (I have maybe 2 dozen TOTAL).. I mainly collect plastic figures and playsets.. But, I'm also a big fan of Robin Hood. Based on the previews - I'd have to be in! Thx, Jim

    Wanted! Some Sheriff's Men

Just for some clarification: Ron hasn't sold out of everything, but enough that it didn't make sense to take orders until many of the items have been restocked. He's not getting restocked on the plastic sets from China. (I believe he still has Rev War left). The problem is his supplier here...

    Medieval Market Diorama

Barzso Playsets might be an option.. Ron Barzso was on hiatus for a few months, but he should be taking orders in a couple of weeks: http://barzso.com/foam-pieces/medieval.html You could take a foam building and cut it to make two facades, if you like. He also just released a smaller stone...

quality of Marx recast Marines & GIs?

The original Marx molds were bought by various companies, many in Mexico, so they are legally owned and available for producing figures and accessories, etc. These companies aren't just taking figures and making their own molds, they actually own the molds. Some may have had to be retooled, but...

    Barzso Playsets on Hiatus

Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know that effective immediately, Barzso Playsets won't be accepting any orders until April 1, 2015. Ron said that they need time to restock since many items are no longer available, and it just takes a lot of time to get new product in - especially when we're...

    Otsn 2014

There's probably more drama/reverence than there needs to be (for me).. BUT, I enjoy watching an opening of a stapled shut Marx playset that was packed and sealed over 50 years ago... The only time I ever opened one or saw one opened other than at OTSN was Christmas mornings at my house when I...

    New Barzso Rome?

Here are a couple of photos of Barzso's new Roman stuff... You can purchase as few as 1 piece or as many as you want to create a small display up to a large Hippodrome or full Colosseum. There are 2 new gladiators (bears were for display purposes only) and 6 new spectators... I hope to have...

Just like any form of newer technology - it's here and it's happening.. what the long term effect of 3D modeling will be in our hobby remains to be seen...
