The pic of of the GI's on the landing craft, they all look young obviously, but the guy 3rd in the middle row, he looks no more than 16! How much we owe all the young men of that generation and how terrible the burden of responsibility on their shoulders. Unending gratitude to every one of them.

I have the previous wave of D day GIs featuring gas masks so don't mind they are missing here. Have seen them close up in the brochure and they look very good to me.I'll be getting the new landing craft too. That Panther is terrific.

As we have had excellent three figure sets of dead Germans and dead Brit Red Devils, could we have the same for the new US Rangers? I know there is the existing set of wounded GI's , but the dead bodies do add a realism to a scene and would add authenticity to an Omaha beach scene especially...

I never saw the original series so i cant comment on that , but am really enjoying this reboot. Dr Smith adds a little bit of menace and of course still not sure if the robot is good or bad. Only 4 eps in so far, but so far so good. Rob
