    Britains at the USMC Museum

No Al, the Marine Corps Museum in Quantico, VA....absolutely incredible place. A Disneyland for the military fan in my opinion. Actually, I can't imagine anyone not enjoying it (even my wife appreciated it). As a matter of fact, Disney was consulted on it for purposes of diarama work. If your...

    Britains at the USMC Museum

As a United States Marine, any Marine items (from any company) have always been my priority in collecting. Unfortunately, Marine Corps items just aren't in abundance. While there are exceptions, putting together a Pacific diarama (or any diarama) using Marine figures is difficult on a large...

WB ACW #31051 The Chosen Ground set #1

In 1999 there was a stand alone retailer special 24th Michigan Regimental flag bearer figure. I think it's quite nice even for an ealier piece. Makes a nice addition to any of the scenes your referring to. Another decent piece that works pretty well is "Fight for the Colors"..I've always loved...

    ACW Arrivals

Looks incredible...If I'm not mistaken the group coming forward in the background would have been the 6th Wisconsin. I believe the I Corps order of battle would have been.. 2nd Wisconsin- 6th Wisconsin 7th Wisconsin 19th Indiana 24th Michigan At least for that day at Gettysburg..the regiments...

    Figarti owners---Rick

As a new collector in this hobby...I just wanted to say thank you for creating Marine Corps Pacific based items. I'm limited in what I can buy and strictly collect American Civil War and Marine Corps items. Again, as a new collector I was extremely surprised at the lack of Marine corps (Pacific)...

    “A little bit o’ this and… a little bit o’ that!”

Wasn't my intention to start an old debated topic...here are a few reasons I feel like the topic could have/should have/might have been re-visited and the reason for my initial posted to which Andy responded. Being new to the forums I was not aware of any previous discussions and didn't see...

    “A little bit o’ this and… a little bit o’ that!”

Thanks for the reply Andy...it's great to hear your explanation regarding the Pacific line. You better than anyone would certainly know what will work and what won't. Everything you do is incredible and I'll always have the ACW to fall back on. You know, I also wonder if peoples familiarity...

    Desired future releases 2011

Love the Marine Corps Guadacanal idea...I would love to see anything Marine Corps Pacific theatre related...just don't feel like there has ever been enough in terms of soldiers related to this area. So many hard corps devil dogs chomping at the bit to set up a beautiful diarama of WWII leathernecks.

    The Pacific Re-visited?

    The Pacific Re-visited?

I realize it may curently be the "been there-done that" mentality in regards to a line for the Marines and the Pacific campaign but it just seems to be the one area that is lacking out there in terms of soldier collecting..I absolutely loved the Iwo Jima line. I would think that with the sudden...
