I was asked to to a display at their annual event here in Adelaide, so I decided on Howard Carter, knowing most people like anything Egyptian. This is my effort for, Australian Collectors Of Toy Soldiers. Most patrons thought it looked good. What do you guys think? Robin.

Thanks guys. Tom I changed the sign from ‘slap’ to ‘tell’ , because it would not be politically appropriate these days. Had half dozen kids look at the sign with their mothers, might have been a little difficult to explain if I had kept the original. 🤔😀. Robin.

Outstanding Robin 👏👏. I have admired the archaeological aspects of Egyptian figure sets for some time now. I often regret not collecting the Egyptian building structures when they were first released. So nostalgic looking.

Thanks Mike, I started this hobby with my first two K&C Egyptian figures in 2007, purchase from Peter Nathan’s store in Sydney. Once I received them, I was hooked and collected the entire series. I am really happy the way Andy has now diversified into modern Egypt, through Howard Carter, allowing me to continue with my fascination with all things Ancient Egypt. Robin.

In light of the excessive tariffs that we are now having to endure here in the U.S., I have pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I probably won't be ordering any new releases anytime soon. I have given some thought in picking up pre-tariff older pieces that I passed on when they were first released as I find them. The tariff issue and displays such as this makes the K&C Egyptian offerings something I certainly am going to entertain.

Robin,
Beautiful collection. I f I could start over I would have collected this range from the start. I really enjoy these pictures. I hope to see more.
Steve
And the K&C Egyptian range along with the LOJ and now, Streets of Rome ranges, just goes to show that collectors are interested in Ancient civilisations and don't need all their figures in combat poses.

Thanks guys, happy that others share the passion for ancient rich and colourful cultures. Certainly stirs up the imagination for me. Robin.
