Alma Figures Crimean War - Gloss and Matt (1 Viewer)

Thanks Joe. I'll continue to raid the kids green crayon supply until a source for real paint can be found. ;)

It's been a week so the undercoat should be dry by now  I have been busy getting some repairs/modifications finished for Bernard, these are now finished and so tomorrow on with these two.......................

Get a move on lad, those officers arms are begining to ache :D

Looking forward to the updates Jeff.

That's a very good sign and hope your green is holding out. The start of another set on it's way of becoming another classic painting by Jeff....The Lt.

He's run out I tell ya!

He's waiting for a resupply of green paint! :p

Still no green :p so I got on with adding a few other colours. The figure on the left is being painted as an 42nd Officer the one with yellow cuffs as a 93rd.

You mean, desperately holding out in the vain hope of a resupply? ;):D

Very rich looking paintwork Jeff. They look superb. Even without any green

They are coming well Jeff!
The officers in trousers were magnificently painted but Highlanders must wear kilts !
Michel

Er hum, slight problem with paint available.....:D

Not yet.

.......yeah, no green anywhere  so I had to get on with a bit more of the other detailing.

Aha! Your resupply has landed. I thought we were going to be in for a dry spell when you started trying to palm off the all black uniformed Riflemen on to me:D

Lovely detail on the tartan Jeff. Classy looking figures. Have you told Mchel that you plan to do a runner to South America with all these figures yet? :p
