Announcing a New 1/30n Scale Manufacturer (1 Viewer)

Already pre ordered a set from George. What,s a fella to do with all this excellent WW2 stuff coming from so many different companies!
I think I may just stop collecting and take up a heroin or crack cocaine habit, I,m sure it,s cheaper.
Gary

I understand the concerns here, but trust me on this, we're talking about a legit company, I am looking at the proof now right in front of me in the form of the first set.

As I said in the other thread, these figures are wonderful, a welcome addition to WWII collecting, you will all be very pleased should you decide to venture into this companies offerings.

These figures will be coming to a show near you courtesy of Minutemen Toy Soldiers, so stay tuned........

George...your being VERY modest about describing these...;)

I just got back from the HB...I was holding these just moments ago and my heart hasn't slowed down yet...I didn't know a TS company could do this for me...

The box is all silver with egg shell type foam, packed to perfection...

The figures a just a tad darker than the photos....

Don't go to your dealer...RUN ...RUN....Screaming ...GET...OUT...OF...MY...WAY

These will cause RIOTS...And people..just to warn you...If you buy multibles...and you tell people here...you did..get .ready..for..the abuse...:p

CCheers,
Paul

Paul,

Stop beating about the bush. Tell us how you really feel.

LOL, Brad I would love to be in the same room with you when you see them...you'll be screaching like a little girl.....:D

Remember when HB's only made 60 sets and the lynch mobs with torches were scouring every dark recess looking for the party...

When these sell out...there will be murder & mayhem... I can see the raiders on the docks when the ship comes in..they better have an Armored Car...to bring them to the dealers....;)

When I was over the HB, I got loud about them and then a crowd came around me...and the first thing I hear behind me is...WOW...those are better than K&C's...and I won't go into every detail....but believe me they caused a stir...you could see guys eyes rolling back in their heads......Where did these come from...Who makes them....Are you joking about the price...HOW MUCH...

Cheers

;) NICE Paras! I already Contacted them and Guess What? I have already gave them my Future suggestion's, on Producing MORE Desert Paras ; with ALL the Weapons Teams, and also Ramcke's Brigade , was suggested to them; Last, a Kubelwagen and a Kettenkrad was also sugested to them! TGM Company! :) CIAO!

John, we are used to you, by now..Why would you want to scare away a brand new company, without us warning them first:D.Michael

Wow men, a huge thank you for all the preorders that have come in, talk about a big bang on the fourth of July, simply amazing.

Will have these for the Gettysburg show, maybe perhaps the Michigan show too, but that is a long shot as it's on July 31st; if nothing else, I'll have my sample set there for collectors to have a look at....................

HUH...You'll never make these shows with anything more than pictures....

Get ready....and don't put your fingers to close or you'll lose them....

Cheers

Thanks for the tip Harry; looks like a very promising manufacturer indeed. They look well organized, detail oriented, and ready to do battle! I will certainly give them a try, but not just yet. I'm currently suffering from a worse case than normal of funds depletion!

Well, TGM was good while it lasted.

I can just see them scrambling now to make all of those items just for you John.

You are priceless.

Isn't this the same originator who did New Model Army? I loved that stuff and was sorry to see its demise.

Oh my is it forbidden to ask for something you would like to have. I would like to see some plains mounted indians! On this forum I am sure no one will second that as it has nothing to do with tanks planes and army men! Was there another part of time?:D:D:D:D

Actually, I am a Calvary buff of the Indian Wars..I wish someone would make a column of mounted troopers in fatigues, to simulate a patrol..I have some Custer last stand figures, by Edmunds and used to have the Ron Wall set..( not sure why I sold them ,have some regrets now )Michael

No chief, it's not forbidden to ask for something you would like to have; that said, when you ask every manufacturer 4,867 times for the same thing, then it gets very old.

Very fast.

And very annoying.

SO is Tom Gunn the new incarnation of New Model Army?
The figures look really cool.

No not at all, Thomas Gunn is very much alive (last time I looked and a real person!) :)
Blake did some of the design work for the first couple of sets on a freelance basis but then so did Simon Jones and I am very happy with the results from both of them. One day I may tell the story of how we all got together but I don't want to bore anybody just yet. If this crazy little venture goes well I look forward to meeting you guys in London and Chicago but that's probably a long way off to be honest!
By the way thanks for all your pre-orders yesterday, considering it's a holiday weekend in the USA I was blown away by the response.

It wouldn't bore us. I heard that Beevor's next book will be a history of the Toy Soldiers Wars, more intriguing and complex than the deceptions prior to D-day, more bloody and brutal than Stalingrad. He is working on the Enemies Chapter now having just completed the Friends and Allies Chapter (it's blank).:D:D:rolleyes:

I am sure it is an interesting story.
Nevertheless The figures look great.
So well done and good luck

If I may speak on Mr. Gunn's behalf, that would be a smashing idea. He is located a stones throw from Victoria Station and just around the corner from the King's Arms, a small local pub with good beer, and excellent bangers and mash with onion gravy. Perhaps he will run a tab for us. But don't be late - the pub gets crowded at lunchtime. Bring your friends. :D:D:D

I guess to stop yourself the hardship of being annoyed when you see a certain person post dont read them. Than it wont get very old very fast anymore.
