I made some 54mm earth and log works for my ACW troops to fight over.
Theres 2 different 12" long straight sections and x 2 different corner sections with each face of the corner at 7". Decided to try a whack at hand poured silicone rubber molds.By dang it worked!Poured with 2 part plastic mix.Dang that worked too!
Made a couple of each and painted them.
Was going to add these to all my other formtech/conte foam earthworks and trenches for a large battle scene but so far, this is all the further I managed to get.

Harold very nice work on the earth works a job well done....and a cool CW set up to boot

It's always a pleasure seeing what you have in store for us and it's end results. Hopefully we'll see your earth works along with the others you have by Conte and FormTech in the large scene you've talk about.

Those turned out really nice Harold....the first time I worked with silicone molds...I was a little intimidated....but after three or four casts....I laughed at how easy it was.

Great pictures Harold! Those molded scenics really turned out very, very nice. Huzzah! :D

The postman delivered this to my door this afternoon. Thought I'd "play" with it a little bit this evening. It is Wm. Britain #31008 Confederate Infantry Marching, Set #1.

Haven't spent much time lately playing with my ANI figure so being bored again didn't want any of them feeling neglected, Here's and Officer of the Natal on his own pausing to take a shot as he's trying to make an escape on his own.

Found myself bored again seems like Simon's been busy getting ready for the Londo Show to be bored and it's been quite awhile since Carlos been bored. Sure do miss it when they're not boring.
