Bored Tonight...Post a Diorama, LOL (1 Viewer)

Fun aren't they.

Thanks OzDigger - my son is looking for a Panda pic now - we watched a documentary about them - funnier than Benny Hill! They mark their territory in a dog like manner, but by doing a handstand to get the scent higher - funniest thing I've seen in years............it's a sad life.....................

Here's another

I thought I would show what can be done with the 1:6 scale figures. I ran across this on the One Sixth Warrior Forum. They post a lot of their custom work on their. Most of the figures that they do are custom, made from combining bits and pieces from multiple manufacturers to get just the right look. This also gives them the oppurtunity to correct any minor uniform inaccuracies they may find.

This a German Fallschirmjager during the Crete offensive.

Dioramas for the inept and or lazy :)

I guess there are a few members like me that lack time or skill for elaborate dioramas. My dio below is a 1/32 scale Forces of Valor diorama that came complete with a plastic cover and a King Tiger tank. I removed the clear cover and the tank and separated the upper dio part from the base which had a name plate. That way a can use the the upper portion to depict a variety of scenes. Here we have a New Model Army A/Korps Armoured Car with K & C Motorbike and figs.

Here's another ex FOV dio with the famous K & C Gestapo and Frenchman set. Will the (Del Prado) Resistance Fighter behind the door with the Bren gun save the day? Maybe not, as the guy about to be shot used to cheat him at cards. Just kidding ;)

I hope they don't offend anyone
