Yes that will be a challenge, Jack's much better half has taken on the task which I believe will basically be a Coke bottle (of which Jack has many lying around) covered in paper mache and Bob will do the basket, I know they will over come any problems, adapt and succeed......:wink2:
Wayne.

I can only repeat Mr Al (Lancer) comments; this diorama is simply superb.
I cannot wait to see it in person.
Cheers Scott

A wonderful work masterfully displayed. Many thanks for posting these pics. Awesome scenes. Chris

Words don't really suffice for the final result nor the effort by all put into its realization. I bow down to you Sirs ^&cool

Just a few hours with the dios today as some of us needed to be in front of the telly to watch Australia win the Cricket World Cup this afrvo. We put what seemed a zillion figures on the first Waterloo table, Bob has a bottomless pit of Nap figures it seems. Still much to do eg; more figures, cover bases and etc but coming along nicely....some pics.....
Wayne.

Finished some buildings for the Plancenoit part of our Waterloo dios and will be taking them to the college tomorrow.........

Wow Wayne, those buildings look great!:salute::

However, something tells me that, in yet another instance, "Rome wasn't built in a day."

Do you have any idea how many hours that you put into those models?

Thanks Moe,
I didn't count the hours but I would say about three to four every day for a month or to put it another way.. a bloody long time!.....:wink2:{sm3}

Looking good Wayne, you must be pleased with the results, the buildings really are well done mate, I especially like the weathering and damaged bits, thanks heaps for taking time to post these updates! Cheers.:salute::

Maybe start on some 'Hobbiton' buildings soon but the scale might be an issue not to mention how to do hairy feet! ^&grin a sheepish dilemma :wink2:

Some PVA and a few clumps of cotton-wool mate and you'd be away laughing and I'm sure Lucy-dog could help dig a few holes in ya backyard as hobbit hidey-holes too?!!{eek3}^&grin

Another Sunday, here we have started the Gallilpoli dio, this pile of foam will be terraformed into Suvla Bay and Lone Pine....much to do.

Some birds eye views of the trench dio, some more new things to add and a bit of this and that here and there and it will be done.

Wayne.

Not likely, a big stretch of the imagination to transform this pile of foam to anything useful. Throw this type of packing material away all the time, now I would not do this if I thought it could be useful in diorama's would i?:wink2:, Robin.

Lest We Forget !

Wayne, do you plan to add the KC boats when released? Seems like a natural fit.
The trench scene is fantastic. Chris
