Carlos mate,
Please accept my thanks for photos in absentee. Please also pass on my thanks to young Jason. The photos are great including these two. A couple of terrors together.^&grin^&grin

Fantastic pics Carlos! Thank you for posting them, and please thank Jason for shooting these super clear pics. I love the prototype Russian tank. I sure hope Figarti decides to move forward with production if this beautiful model. Great stuff Figarti! Congrats to Rick, Pter, Jason and the whole Figarti team.:smile2:

This landing zone is HOT - in every possible way. Great pictures.
The grey Tiger is also very nice. I like the extra storage containers on the turret very much.

Thanks for sharing these great pictures.

Thank You for posting these photos......The Figarti Huey and Vietnam US Soldiers is simply fantastic....What a display of Vietnam....WOW....Tiger is also excellent....Congratulations to the Figarti Team....WELL DONE FIGARTI {bravo}}....Question: Does the Huey Helecopter come with a pole to simulate a flight position in the display or did Figarti rig that.....Very realistc diorama.

The Vietnam sets are some of the best I've seen. The pictures are great, but you have to see them up close to really appreciate the detail. All the Figarti dioramas were awesome. i might have to venture to start a Nam collection. Hope to see a medivac in the future.

Great find PanzerAce1944

This is a Rick Wang interview at the Chicago Show 2012 now on YouTube Video. Check out the link.

Listen closely, you might hear something about "First Legion".

The propellers SPIN??

For the Chicago Show diorama, Figarti added micro motors to two of their new Huey helicopters, making both the main rotor and tail rotor spin. This is not a feature of the regular Hueys which list for $369.00. There has been some discussion on special ordering Hueys with motors added for $100, but Rick has not decided yet.:smile2:

I can see accidents happening with rotating props for sure. some older guys forgetting their on grandchildren about etc. For me, I don't think we really need them these are static display models not toys and whilst its nice to see innovation they just are not things that are needed to make me buy a display model if anything it makes me want to walk by.

Sure plenty will think its great and, if they come out people will buy it so, it probably will be a good idea on figarti's behalf.

Cheers Everyone,

Here is a picture of Jason from Figarti. In addition to being an extremely talented modeler, he is a very pleasant and nice guy. In short, a splendid chap!

Best,
Marc

The motorized rotors did what was intended, attracting attention. Besides the scores of collectors who looked at the Hueys, dozens of hotel guests who were not toy soldier collectors were attracted by the movement and stopped to look at the Figarti products, then looked at the Hobby Bunker (K&C, 1st Legion, John Jenkins, Britains, Figarti, March Through Time, plastics, etc.) and Aeroart/St. Petersburg displays. Most did not know our hobby existed. Several grabbed the business cards of the Figarti dealers, Sierra Toy Soldier and Hobby Bunker, so hopefully they will become new collectors in the future.:smile2:

I think the motorized rotors was a fantastic idea and the fact that they do spin is superb. Hats off again to what I think is the best release of the year.

Can any of you muchachos provide the dimensions- heightxlengthxwidth of one of these badboys. Id like to see if I can't fit one in the curio.
