Hey Guys:
I couldn't go this year for many reasons BUT here some pictures from Jason Wang (Figarti) who sent me these to post. They're very good. Would do you think!

The propellers SPIN??
The motorized rotors did what was intended, attracting attention. Besides the scores of collectors who looked at the Hueys, dozens of hotel guests who were not toy soldier collectors were attracted by the movement and stopped to look at the Figarti products, then looked at the Hobby Bunker (K&C, 1st Legion, John Jenkins, Britains, Figarti, March Through Time, plastics, etc.) and Aeroart/St. Petersburg displays. Most did not know our hobby existed. Several grabbed the business cards of the Figarti dealers, Sierra Toy Soldier and Hobby Bunker, so hopefully they will become new collectors in the future.:smile2:I can see accidents happening with rotating props for sure. some older guys forgetting their on grandchildren about etc. For me, I don't think we really need them these are static display models not toys and whilst its nice to see innovation they just are not things that are needed to make me buy a display model if anything it makes me want to walk by.
Sure plenty will think its great and, if they come out people will buy it so, it probably will be a good idea on figarti's behalf.

I think the motorized rotors was a fantastic idea and the fact that they do spin is superb. Hats off again to what I think is the best release of the year.
Can any of you muchachos provide the dimensions- heightxlengthxwidth of one of these badboys. Id like to see if I can't fit one in the curio.
H: 14' 5"
L: 57' 1"
W: 8' 7"
Hope that helps mate. Must be one heck of a curio cabinet you've got there.
