Chicago show 2013 (2 Viewers)

I wish all of you a great show! I hope to be able to make it (for the first time!) next year, and have the pleasure to meet all of you in person! Enjoy, and post as many pics as you can for us to share a bit of the action!

I got a few quick shots of the K&C room before the Aussies overwhelmed my memory card and shut things down. They are on the website noted in the previous post.

Check out this one, guys.

A future release by John Jenkins, shown in Paul Herman's room (The Toy Soldier Shoppe, Wisconsin).
A 1918 Carrier Tank with a 6" Howitzer.
The Carrier Tank and the Howitzer are two separate pieces and will be supplied as two different sets.
That is my understanding.

Here are some pics.

Cheers!

6 inch Howitzer..... {eek3}

now that will bring some REAL fire support to the troops in the trenches.....
:smile2:

Well done John

Just a request to the guys at the show taking the pictures.

We usually get good coverage of the rooms but not so much of the main show room on the main show day. Probably the photographers are worn out by then but some general shots of the main event would be much appreciated.

Not seen any pics of George's room yet{sm2}

Regards
Brett

WOW!!!!!! Now you're talking, more of this type of Great War items please, well done JJD......:salute:::salute:::salute::
Wayne.

My goodness, that 6" howitzer gun carrier is one detailed and beautiful piece. John has been into areas never covered and this is deeper yet. What fantastic models! The gun can be dismounted and with it's wheels, be a stand alone piece. How does this get any better? JJD's WW1 armor is ground breaking, just like their aircraft. Don't think I can resist the armored gun carrier. -- Al

I just posted 22 photos of the W. Britain display room on the W. Britian section of the forum for all to enjoy . . . .

I talked with Paul. The set will come in two boxes, but it is one piece. The howitzer wheels do not come of the tank.
