I give up. At some point, these points, counterpoints and rebuttals just need to stop but apparently many members here don't have the discipline to walk away. I find it disappointing :(

Oh my, can't believe this thread is still rollin?? why can't we let people give thier opinions and thoughts on issues (toy soldiers) and live and let live?? Matt started it by giving his...loves his First Legion, hell yea, I do not think he was looking for a fight, when I sold my K&C collection I took a lot of grief from some K&C peeps...my decision only, give me a break man..it's only toy soldiers this is not a "I'm better then you competion" everyone on treefrog collects something or other, no need to fight or argue about small stuff, if you collect K&C, Figarti, H.B. F.O.V., doesn't matter to me as long as we are all in the same small boat, which we are, most of our friends/family/co workers think were nuts for spending the money we do on toy soldiers, let's not fight among ourselves guys, I know as much as I'm typing these words somebody is gonna challenge me on some issue about this post, give me break, I'm not in a war of words who's right who's wrong, just trying to have a discussion without fighting some forum member as to "my collection is the only collection" thought process...give me a break guys...Sammy

Yes we can agree to disagree since no question we do and it matters not to me either. That said the answer to your question above is the same it was before and after this thread, see them in person or buy one to try; the merits of the product are obvious and completely indifferent to the owners pride in them.;)

Brad, I guess you will just continue in your disappointment but when someone says something that provokes a response in someone else, conversations tend to continue, no matter whether the exchanges are interesting or tedious to the outside observers.;) In that regard, any thread is like a book you start; if you find it no longer to your liking, you can just stop reading it.:)

Hi Wayne, after a hard day of "butchering" yesterday, a few of us went to the local pub and had a few cocktails, then when I got home and reread some of the posts on here I was kinda like .."you gotta be kiddn" so hope I didn't offend anyone, but needed to be said..or typed:) ...Sammy
 
oh to be a mfg, well you can't blame matt for relaying his excitment about his diorama, that hougemount set is superb , saw it at the london show, and to be in Matt's position where he can lay his hands on many multiples of his cool figures to fill it out, should make it an amazing diorama....would make the most saintly person turn green with envy and unleash the rabid dog in others:D:D:D:D
