Creating Mini Dio to Photograph (1 Viewer)

Nice hut. Can you place a figure next to it for scale? There is one on my bench as well that I should finish.

Nice hut there Lt. Good job KV.

Guess the warrior had to pop back home to check that he hadn't left the gas on :p:)

So is the hut the right size? I did not really think about that I just thought that would be cool.

Britfarmer how much for the state coach???

Very cool. Now toss in some brits to smoke that fellow out . I smell new mini-diorama possibilities.

Here are some test setups of a background I Photoshopped. The idea was to get a wide view of Isandlwana without all the monuments (the place is littered with them) or other modern out-of-period things. I thought adding a campscene would be nice if you want to display the firing lines breaking.

Trophy and Little Legion are the first to appear defending the storehouse. I'm sure you'll notice that the photo appears twice. Once as the original done by yours truly and the other by the playsetaddict who joined me in my play time. Once again Joe Baker has brought another one of my photos to life and Nick their rifles are finallly shown smoking.....The Lt.

Your diorama looks great. The wagons and camp in the background add that little something extra. Great work !!! :)

Lt.

Another fantastic dio.....made even better by the addition of the smoke :) Great job to both Joe's.

Well, it needs some heavy updating (angle of the campside, location of the wagon laager and the overall pixelation issue) so I will be redoing it completely when time permits. But I'm glad you like the effect.

Lt, both those shots are fantastic. What a great collection you have. It is almost like being there.

It's always nice Captain when you get a little help from your friends. Here's one of the close up of the defenders....The Lt.

But the thread mill is being used very well Mike.

Acting Assitant Commissary points to the advancing Zulus as wounded are being carrined into the last redoubt......The Lt.

Mr

Lt.,
Who is that mysterious fellow with the double-barrel. Famous maker or did you create him yourself? Mike
