Hey gang! I decided to make a quick mini diorama with a photo back drop. Let me know what you think? Thanks. NICK

That pic would make an interesting competition for a suitable caption. What about:"Ach mein gott Hans, we will never beat Nena's 99 luftballoons".

I thought I would have a little fun with the "Mini Diorama" segment. Glad you guys are enjoying it. I liked 99 Luftballoons by Nena. I had the English and German version many moons ago....Nick:D

Looks like Bromhead and Chard should have stayed at The Drift......The Lt.

You got yourself a tree Lt, good job. Landscape elements like these really add to the drama. Too bad the british are about to loose their commanders.

I've come up with a homecooked tree and I made a pic with some raindeer moss slapped onto it. The moss is not fixed and would need support anyway, and right now it does look a little like a bonsai tree, the color is way off. I'm getting some african colored moss soon. You will however get the idea:

Maybe a little yellow ochre in acryllics dry brushed on would give it the coloring you are looking for. I love the shape of the tree.:D

I was aiming at a mixture of a Tim Burtonesque tree and African style I-caught-too-much-wind-in-the-open-tree. It didn't turn out very badly. It is really scary when you see it without the moss

I'll take the drybrushing in consideration.

I assume they already took Bromhead down? Never was a big Michael Cane fan. Obviously neither were they.

Not a big Michael Caine fan? Oh I say. Do carry on with your mud pies! Well chin chin. Must look sharp in front of the men.

Beautiful shot, Lt.! Have you sent any of these into the TF Photo Gallery yet? Britains could use these for promos.

Colour Sgt.: "Ready for my closeup, Mr. DeMille"
