Eagle Design Website (2 Viewers)

Yes; several size comparison photos have been posted. FL and ED Panzers are both 1/30 scale and size compatible with FL, WB and Kronprinz WWII figures.

Does the Panzer III work well with FL figures ??

Well, my 24th PD Kubelwagen from Eagle Design finally arrived and it is great. Really does not need a single modification. In fact, I might get another and obscure the license plate and add a top to it.

If you have other FL 24th PD vehicles, this is a must have.

Might have time later in the weekend to take and post pictures, but not sure.

The only issue I have found is that the empty seat does not fit well and probably needs to be adhered for it to look good. Have the driver in it does not look too bad since he is mostly obscured.

All of the other vehicles I have without the driver, so he also doesn't look weird for that reason.

Hello Guys...Does anyone know when ED will release a Tiger??...and if so will there be a Grey Version and a Winter Version?? This has seemed to be the pattern especially with the ED Panzer III

He is showing early Tigers Grey and Winter in development.

For those of us who have limited funds these new vehicles are a solid option:

So where do you buy them?

Anyone have a photo of these other then product promotional photos?

Thanks,

Carlos

Sorry but the Tigers aren’t listed yet, but I suppose that’s where they will be listed when available

Does any one have a side by side photo the FL halftrack and Eagle Design halftrack ?

Lots of great looking models on that site, with no prices or buying info.
But the ebay link posted above works, taking you to the store...
They do have some Tiger Is shown, but are described as 1/35 prebuilt...

Frank can you post a comparison photo of the FL and ED Panzer III.

Carlos several Forum members have purchased the ED Panzer II and III and have posted photos. I believe I saw a comparison photo on the FL thread; but I am not certain. I think Frank has both FL and ED Panzer III. Plus his photos are excellent. All reports indicate the quality is very good. Y-Weido on Ebay is a reliable seller and the items arrive in about 1 Week in the US. Treefrog had them in stock for awhile until their inventory was depleted.

Having both FL MK III's and the Grey & Winter ED I wouldn't say the ED is of similar quality.

Ed are good value for money but are a little rough in the finishing but a good platform for those who wish to do weathering or alterations without risking serious dollars.

Don't think you are getting a similar FL product they maybe similar scale but not the same hence pricing difference.

Mark, 4 Toy Soldier manufacturers make Panzer IIIs in 1/30 scale.; TCS, K&C, FL & ED. How would you rank the 4 manufacturers in terms of quality? My ranking based upon a past review of three different Panzer IIIs would be; 1. FL, 2. ED, 3. TCS, 4. K&C.
