There's been very few retirements this year. I wonder what might be going next month? Hopefully not to many crusaders.
And yes to WWII Germans and the "ubiquitous" Berlin '38.
It really is a monthly highlight isn't it, even if you don't collect whats being released its always good to see whats coming out. I still look forward to Dispatches as much as I always have, this hobby and this product is very addictive!:smile2:^&cool.Yes we are bound to get hit with some retirements this month, hopefully not too many.:wink2::salute::

I think 5 retirements this month

It was said last year that this years D-Day release will be Americans in action. Whether it's Rangers, Airborne, or First Division remains to be seen.

Sorry to burst anyone's bubble - and I hope I'm wrong - but since the P-47 is coming out in May, I'd have a hard time imagining we'll see any other Warbirds in the next Dispatches. It seems to me that, although the P-47 is USAF and the Typhoon is RAF, you are hitting up the same customer for two big purchases in one month.
Maybe the WWI plane...but I still think odds are the P-47 is the only plane Warbird we'll see.
By the same token, while it wouldn't surprise me to see the fuel bowser, I wonder if there might be some new USAF figures and if this would be an RAF free month altogether.
D-Day and Arnhem both make sense.
I also wonder if it's not time for some new Civil War figures with the 150th anniversary of the firing on Ft. Sumter this April. Not sure if K&C would do anything specifically related to that battle. But given that the last ACW release was Union dismounted cavalry, I'd think it would be Confederates.
My only other guess would be some more Ancient Egypt figures.
Of course, Andy's surprises are what I love best - I love when he takes risks. Here's hoping for a curveball none of us has thought of.
Whether or not I buy anything, I love that I have this to look forward to each month.
Question - will the Dispatches hit Friday, or is this one of those cases where we have to wait a weekend?
I wonder what piece of armour Andy will go for??.
Rob
...........If it's Arnhem, maybe some XXX Corps armor? I'd love to see an armored command vehicle like the one Michael Caine rode in a Bridge Too Far.
