Some quick rough shots of the latest (and possibly last) JJD figures to arrive in Tassie. Keel Boat to be assembled once in UK!

A good reason to get to the UK asap to float that Keelboat. Once again lots of quality pieces to inspire. Robin.

Thanks Robin. So many diorama possibilities once the NZ collection comes over and I retire to that big house in the country with a suitable outbuilding. But as ever that is out of reach at the moment as we retain our house in NZ and hope to return for a couple of years to Kiwi land. Then it will all come together once I retire.

Gary

Exciting times to come, especially with the big ‘R’ word. Best of luck in the move. Robin.

A little parcel made the flight to Tassie to be put straight into shipping for the UK. Wonderful K&C Syrian tank and you go to have some Colonial Militia for those AWI set ups.

I have always been a fan of the old Fields of Battle range. Refugees on the road, grey German armour and the doomed French and BEF with that Dunkirk spirit. I picked up a few long retired sets this week. A few more for the shipping container!

Just under three weeks of Tassie life left. The last of the parcels are coming through ready for shipping. Some old K&C, Falklands dudes and some unboxed (so not going to unwrap them from their bubble wrapping ready for shipping). The unboxed items are the four Vichy French camel corps produced by K&C sometime ago and a USMC Pacific War Amtrak. Oh and three more additions to the Saxon shield wall from JJD. One more parcel to arrive and then it will be down to purchasing from the UK.

The very last Tasmanian Landings (look out for article in next Toy Soldier Collector magazine!). Some JJD poorly photographed but got no time.
